Completely renovated 1950s A Frame!!
This is a 1 bed, 1 bath LAKE FRONT A Frame with a PRIVATE BOAT SLIP, separate loft area, and massive screen porch overlooking the lake with gas grill and outdoor dining area. We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood only a few minutes to town.
Home sleeps 5. Huge Yard and Fire pit to enjoy.
Renovation just completed! New everything, including central heat and air.
Washer and dryer, digital HD cable, & free WIFI for your use.
Living Room:
Features a flat screen TV. Dining area is also provided. Most importantly, it has greats views of outside and the lake! Right outside the living room is a MASSIVE 30 x 14 screen porch with rocking chairs, sofa, gas grill, and dining area.
Loft:
That’s right, a separate living area for the kids. Features a flat screen TV and 3 twin beds.
Kitchen:
All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances (including a dishwasher and a washer / dryer and dining seating for 5.
Master Bedroom (downstairs):
Features a queen size bed, 600 count linens, and flatscreen TV. Full bath is just outside in the hall.
Outdoor Areas:
Dining area with gas grill off the living room, huge screeen porch with seating, dining area, and gas grill. HUGE back yard with a fire pit for games and relaxing. And while our yard does pinch down toward the lake, we do have lake access from the yard.
Boat Slip
Private (and secure) boat slip is a 4 minute trail walk (with a bridge over a creek!) down a manicured trail. Or simply drive next door.
NOTE - we have a community boat "slip." The boat "dock" shown in the pictures is not ours.
***Sorry, we do not allow any pets.
***Boat trailer parking is allowed in the cul-de-sac.
***Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb are available for monthly rental. Contact us for rates.

Summary: The cabin was brand new inside. Very modern in a rustic exterior. It sets at the bottom of a short lane, and you drive right into a carport that is very convenient. Just a suggestion; if you are bringing a boat, take it directly to the marina before you go to the cabin. I really enjoyed my stay at this cabin. Wish the weather had behaved. Would stay here again.
