Positive: View was amazing! Inside was a little run down (missing moldings, dining table was shredded, no wifi) Otherwise was good.
Negative: No wifi, could not figure out the tv in the bedroom no instructions And THE STAIRS were no joke. Not for anyone with bad knees!
Summary: Excellent view, quiet stay, great private hot tub in the bedroom, great price!

Positive: The apartment in the vacation complex was fantastic! The location and the view are truly a dream — it’s right on Lake Delton, just about 10 meters from the shore! Communication with the management was simple and everything was super easy to understand, even for someone totally unfamiliar. Parking (with a permit) is available right in front of the door, and access to the apartment is secured with a convenient code. There’s even an elevator that takes you down to the lower level — a really nice touch!
Negative: The furnishings are quite dated. The beds were pretty worn out, and the bedding wasn’t clean when we arrived. Luckily, there were fresh linens in the closet, so we were able to change them ourselves. The kitchen is very old, and the sofa was completely worn down and uncomfortable. There’s no option to do laundry, which we really missed. The hot tub was extremely loud and in rough shape. All in all, the place could really use a renovation. The price was okay, though we stayed in a neighboring unit afterwards that was similarly priced but much more modern and renovated. Overall, we were moderately satisfied.
Summary: Overall quite good, but a bit overpriced compared to other nearby units in the same complex

Positive: Location was good. Great view. Space was great, bigger than a hotel room plus a full kitchen. Nightlights throughout apartment.
Negative: A bit of TLC could help. Bathroom fan is very loud, not sure it works at all. Upgrade to furniture would be nice. Some is in disrepair, specifically the dining table and chairs. More attention to details in painting, flooring and electrical.
Summary: Great location and view for our short winter stay.

Negative: Cookware needs to be seen by owner, also broke bowl in cabinet. Almost cut my finger. 1 tumbler for two people. Invest a little make more folks happy.

Positive: Loved being right by the water! Sitting outside and watching the heron and other birds. Condo was great. Clean, had cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Lovely pools, convenient location.
Negative: Can opener broken. Outside grill ran out of propane (didn’t know who to tell). Also wish we’d have known about the elevator right away. Lots of steps!
Summary: It was the perfect place to spend time with our granddaughter.
