Wait until you see this VIEW!!! My favorite time of the day is when I can sit out on the dock in a aderondack chair, watch the sun fade away and the sail boats go by!!
Don't forget your fishing poles! We fish every afternoon and catch bass, catfish and brim.
Keywords: We have the most beautiful view of the water, Nothing obstructs the view. Front deck runs the entire length of house, there is plenty of room to set outside with family and friends. I always enjoy my first cup of caffeine here:)
Only minutes to the Birmingham Sail Club and about 20 minutes to Talladega Speed Way. 30 minutes to Honda plant.
We have three bedrooms plus a HUGE bunk room for the kids!
Master bedroom has king bed and own bath.
Second bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom has Queen size bed all with flat screen tv's.
Bunkroom has two bunks with single on top and double underneath. Bunk room has a Flat screen tv, ping pong table, stereo system and play station for all to enjoy . alao, Extra refrigerator in bunk room. Has it's own bathroom.
Also, house has a sunroom withTHOMAS THE TRAIN set for the kids it has a futon for sleeping as well.
Full kitchen and dining area.

Summary: We came for a baseball tournament in Hoover and stayed with a couple families here. We had a wonderful time! Such a relaxing time between baseball games. Very comfortable and beautiful views! Great fishing and kids enjoyed ping pong and the canoe and kayak.

Summary: Home is older than looks in pics. Ping pong was the selling point because of my teens. However the net was broken. Kayak were under porch which meant you had to go through spider webs and wasp to get to them. Overall great area. Marina just a few min away. We had a good time.

Summary: We love this home. It has everything we need to grill cook great three meals a day. And as i always say the xl refrigerator in the bunk room is so wonderful for our drinks. Thanks for letting us make beautiful memories there. We rented a day boat trip from Eric on a mini yacht and he pivoted us up from the house dock And returned us there. It was wonderful!

Summary: Our family met up at the lake house to visit and go to an Alabama Crimson Tide Football game in Tuscaloosa. We came from California, New Mexico & Alabama. This house was a perfect place to relax, visit and spend quality time with loved-ones. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch watching the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and went out on the lake twice, we even went swimming. We also fished off the pier and caught a few catfish. The room set up was perfect, there was plenty of space to spread out or cozy up and watch tv in the family room. Patty had the refrigerator in the kitchen replaced so now there's TWO on this property, So many great things about this home, we want to come back again in the future to make lots more fun family memories!! :)

Summary: We had a great time at the house and on the water. House was well furnished, very comfortable, plenty of beds, and everything was great. When booking this stay, there was a review that questioned the cleanliness due to a couple of a couple of bugs outside; how ridiculous!! The house was very clean and bugs belong outside. We’ll definitely book this house again.
