This beautiful property is located on the south end of Lake Sam Rayburn. It is in close proximity to Piney Point Plaza and The Stump Restaurant. Sam Rayburn Marina Resort and the public boat ramp are a very short distance away.
The home is two story with all three bedrooms upstairs. A large balcony off of the master suite overlooks the swimming pool and lake. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, living area, half bath and laundry room. Satellite TV located in the master and living room. WIFI is also available.
The swimming pool has a layout pad on one end and swim up seating for six at the bar on the opposite. The covered area has both gas and charcoal grills. You can play washers while you barbecue. Shufffleboard table is available for inside entertainment.

Summary: From the pool to the lake perfect place for the family, great outdoor kitchen with mini fridge. Pool has swim up bar and master suite has its own balcony! Very nice home and the family enjoyed fishing down at the lake

Summary: Always a good time being in gods country! The property owner made everything so simple and also provided a few laughs and good conversation over the phone. The entire place was beautiful and perfectly set up to relax and forget about the day to day of life. Also enjoyed the “pet” squirrels eating peanuts from our hands. 10/10

Summary: This place was awesome! The outside area is fantastic and the pool was a big hit with my family. Everything that you would need was there and available and stores, ice etc are close by. The owner was available and easy to communicate with

Summary: Property was as advertised. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Outside areas were very nice too! Parking was very ample. Full size truck with trailered 21' boat fit easily on one side with a full sized SUV parked next to it. Swimming pool was very nice and would be a great relief, and relaxing, if we were there during a hotter time of the year. Lake access is easy from the home and the lawn was kept up well around the home and up to lakefront. Access to the home was easy by boat and the dock provided gives a safe place to moor and even leave your rig tied off overnight. The kids enjoyed games provided (shuffleboard, darts) and fishing from the floating dock. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We were very impressed as soon as we arrived at this house. The pool and outdoor kitchen area could not have been more perfect for our family gatherings as we came together for meals in the evenings. The pool was perfect for all our age groups as the shallow end was great for the toddlers and it had plenty of room for everyone to find their perfect spot. The dock and waterfront met all our needs for our boats and eased the coming and going on the lake. Inside the house everything was amazing. There was everything we could have needed in the kitchen, the decor and furniture very pleasing and the bed rooms and bathrooms upstairs were perfect. The A/C worked beautifully and we were very comfortable day and night on this very hot June week. We would gladly recommend a stay here and hope we can return soon.

Summary: Great location, great communication!! Only draw back is that I now have to invest in a shuffleboard table at home, THANKS. You will be hard pressed to find a spot much better than this one.
