Positive: Breakfast was awesome! Especially the scrambled eggs! loads of choice every day. The pool area was relaxing, and you can order drinks from the bar to be brought to your lounger, which is always a nice touch. They also do hot snacks during the day, which was handy if you wanted a day by the pool. Great location with a 5-7 min walk into the centre of town, but plenty of restaurants along the way for a shorter walk. We had a partial-view balcony, and it was still gorgeous. Riva Del Garda is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever been to (and I have travelled the world). Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they also provide loads of activity options they can book for you, such as wine tasting, hiking, watersports, which we will do next time. There are town bikes you can hire from the hotel or across the street is a bike hire store for mountain bikes/E-bikes if you want something for longer distance. We booked a private transfer from Verona as we landed late which was about £150 and took an hour, then heading back we got the express ferry to Sirmione which took two hours. If you want to use the ferry get there early as the queues can be very long and you can only buy express tickets at the ticket office and not online.

Positive: Super welcoming staff! From the room to the restaurant to pool, everything was super clean! AC in the room was nice to beat the heat!

Positive: The hotel is very clean, very new. Boutique and has a very good atmoshpere. The breakfast is good and the room is good.
Negative: Service could have been better, I'd expect some help to take the luggage into the room but they don't provide help with that (considering how expensive this hotel is, don't expect good service)
