Want to get away from it all? Enjoy the heat and outdoors while in the beautiful and sunny Palm Desert area. Same owner as vrbo# 511573 and #1400775. This ground level, single story condo with a lake view of the 12th hole is your perfect desert escape! Light and bright, this home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 HD large screen TV's, free internet and of course, endless views of the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains! Modern style home including a Della Robbia leather sleeper sofa! 2 car garage & LONG driveway offer ample parking for you and any guests you may want to entertain. Large retractable awning on the patio allows you to enjoy patio all day and season long. Although there are no taxes due for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove these from the quote when you get it. So I will have to manually remove it prior to booking or refund it if you do a Book it Now. Thanks for considering our property!

Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are know to occur occasionally and strong winds are common. However, winds are typically not a problem in Desert Falls CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. They will typically knock on your door the day of treatment to ask if you want them to spray inside. Let them know if you want them to come or not (your choice). The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Please call me with any questions.

Summary: Our host, Neal, was very responsive from prior to check in until check out. There are 32 pools in the HOA and ours was just a couple minute walk away. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool! The fitness center is well equipped and the Pickleball players during Open Play were extremely welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for 3 adults and nicely appointed. Master bedroom is very roomy. I will note that one of the overhead lights in the master bath was out, making it a bit difficult to see, and the shower/tub combo is challenging to get in and out of as it is a very big step over the rim and no grab bars to assist. For the average person this probably isn't an issue, but for seniors we just had to be very careful. Fortunately a rub mat was suppled which was much appreciated. The patio looks out over the golf course and is protected from the majority of the sun/heat. We enjoyed eating outside a lot. There is also an awning which helps keep the heat down. Overall, the location is terrific and the condo was very clean and convenient to stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Summary: We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Neal’s Desert Falls condo. Having access to a two car garage was great to safely store our E-bikes. We also appreciated that the rental included free access to the Desert Falls Country Club tennis, pickleball, and extensive gym.

Summary: We had a wonderful trip and our accommodation was just perfect. It was an ideal location and we had a beautiful view of the golf course. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers. Our host was great and appreciated having the garage and alarm for added security. Only regret was having to leave. Would certainly love to return one day. Thanks to our host Neal.

Summary: We enjoyed everything from the layout of the condo (nice design when your group includes both early risers and others who like to sleep in!) to its proximity to all the activities we engaged in during our stay.
