Summary: The house was very clean and a huge living space for all of us to hang out. We are a family of five and had my inlaws with us. The house was very accommodating for all of us. Of course the best feature was the heated pool. We had a blast together hanging out after our daily activities. Would deff recommend to anyone looking in the area. When we go back we will hopefully book again due to availability.

Summary: The whole family was delighted how amazing Sara and Nicks house in Mayfield. I admired them that they also supporting the organization for rare disease foundation. Nick was very helpful and responded right away when we have small issues in the house. The kids enjoyed the pool and the backyard including the fire pit. We didn’t have to drive at all to entertain the kids. They enjoyed the lake, the mini golf and the park. My husband cooked in the grill every night. We also drove to Saratoga and watched horse racing all day . Our friends came over and booked in the hotel next town which was 20 minutes drive. Our family are thinking of coming back next year.

Summary: Our kids basically spent the whole week in the great heated indoor pool. We walked to the beach a couple of times too. Great location, nice house. AC worked awesome even when it was over 90 degrees one day.

Summary: This was a nice, clean house just a few doors down from Northampton Beach & Campground. The pool was a nice addition for cool and/or rainy days. We enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to come back!

Summary: This house was perfect for a little getaway on Sacandaga. It had everything you needed and was in close proximity to a marina, golf, mini-golf and little store. Sara was very communicative and flexible. Easy in, easy out.

Summary: House was very clean and spacious. We loved the indoor pool. The location was great - walking distance to Northampton Beach state park and plenty of nearby restaurants. We will definitely reserve again!

Summary: The house was great, very clean and had just about everything we needed in the kitchen, washer/dryer was great to have especially since or children were always in the pool. Pool area was great, having the pool heated was great too since we used it in April. The house has a generator which was amazing since we got snow and the town lost power (thankfully not us) Sara and her husband were fast to respond to any questions and were great to deal with. My family and I would love to return when it’s more in season to take advantage of the gorgeous lake and local attractions but it was spring break and we enjoyed the down time very much!!! Highly recommend!!
