Summary: Staff friendly at reception. Just some feedback really- Need more vegetarian and vegan options at the restaurant. The walls in the hotel room had dead fly marks. The bedding looked stained. The light switch controls the fan as there was no AC- so if you need the portable fan at night the lights will come on. Needs to have an option of a kettle in the room and tea bags not just coffee pods. In the shower there is only 1 wash- which is used for shampoo, body and face wash. There is an awful lot of noise in the mornings when you are trying to sleep- seemed to be banging on the wooden floors- unsure whether it was the cleaners sweeping so early in the day- they need to be quieter especially when you have a do not disturb sign on the door.

Summary: From the reception team to the restaurant staff nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared for our family while we were staying. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was tasty and for the price this was a perfect place to use to explore Geneva given the proximity to the train station.

Summary: Amazing stay! Had a friend coming to join us a day later and Sarah made accommodations for our rooms to be next door, which was super helpful! Staff was really friendly and answered all general questions. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to everyone!

Summary: Fantastic location with great views. Situated within 100m of the railway station and bus stop enabling easy and free transport to the airport and Geneva downtown. Surprisingly good restaurant that we used and priced reasonably for Switzerland.

Summary: Very nice hotel with a superb view of Lake Geneva from the deluxe room. Train station and an Aldi very close to the hotel. Supermarkets not open on a Sunday. The staff were lovely at the hotel and the shuttle service to the airport was superb. Our only gripe was that the breakfasts were lukewarm or cold as well as a very expensive evening meal. Not many other eating options in the vicinity. Otherwise lovely.
