4 Bedroom House in Putnam Station

This home has an open floor plan with Lake George views from almost every window in the house. Two 12' sliding doors open to the 10' x 30' deck, dining area, Adirondack chairs, BBQ griddle and a variety of colorful potted plants for you to enjoy. Exit three steps off the deck to the camp fire area, two picnic tables and down to your private dock. Canoe, kayak, swim and boat from this dock area. I have added an aluminum row boat. There are four bedrooms with two queen size and two full size beds. All bedding provided. New, fresh and crisp. BYO towels. The fourth bedroom is on the the third level which feels like treehouse living with the skylights and end windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your gourmet meals. New stainless appliances! We now have an outside shower! Shower under the stars!
We have landline phone service, internet and if you have an AT&T cell, it works!!
My summer rentals are limited as I have several repeat guests that return every year!

Summary: The Lake George house is a wonderful, comfortable house in a beautiful Lake George Bay. Lots of room, great access to the lake. Be sure you bring plenty of towels, including hand towels for bathrooms. We will be back!

Summary: My two daughters and I loved our stay at this property. It is directly on the water, with a large floating dock. We sunned, swam and paddled around in the canoe which was available for our use (also kayaks, floats and other stuff). We walked over to the public/association beach, just to check it out, but we loved jumping off the dock at the house so much more. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had not planned to go our for meals, so we stopped at the Walmart and brought groceries with us. The house had everything we needed to cook with, and even had a nice supply of spices and oil, which we added to on our way out, since we are used to having to bring everything! One of the best features was the large outdoor shower on the deck, which all three of us used, even the silly one who is afraid of spiders. She saw none! I think she was a fan as soon as she realized it ran hot, as well as cold, water! Heaven in the fresh air!

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful home! I can’t say enough about how ideal the location is, with an impressive amount of Lakefront views. We prefer the northern part of the lake where it’s peaceful and serene. This is perfect for a trip with a group of friends/family! You can easily park your boat on the private dock or go for a swim right from the property! Day or night, the lake provides all of the entertainment needed and Linda is an extremely helpful and responsive host. As noted in the listing, it’s bring your own towels. Make sure you bring bath towels and beach towels! Also doesn’t hurt to bring a bath mat and hand towels/paper towels if you think you’ll need them. For our needs, we also found it helpful to bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower wash. This is standard anyways! We cooked all weekend and everything we needed was already in the kitchen. She even provided plenty of fire wood! We definitely plan on staying again because overall this was the ideal stay, thank you so much for a wonderful stay Linda!

Summary: The house was very rustic Lakehouse. My family loved the dock and canoes. 4 minute walk to the public beach. A perfect Lakehouse getaway. The owner checked in to make sure everything was okay and answered my questions along the way. I definitely recommend this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! It’s so beautiful. The house is in a great location. We spent most of our time in the lake. We went kayaking, fishing and swimming. The house is great! We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space. Linda is a wonderful host. Check in and check out were very easy.

Summary: This house was everything My Boyfriend and I had hoped it would be. Set right on Lake George it provided breathtaking views and water sports galore. It was quiet and peaceful. The owner Linda was so accommodating and available for any questions or concerns We had via text… I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

Summary: The property manager was very kind. She reached out to us before our arrival day and then again the day of arrival . Anytime we reached out to her she was quick to respond and made sure that we were very comfortable. You have a great view from anywhere in the house. It was great to be able to use the Blackstone to cook on. There is a nice dock where you can go and sit and have your morning coffee and it was a very quiet area.

Summary: We loved this house: great views of the water while still having a sense of privacy. We appreciated having our own boat dock, and swam in the bay and used the kayak every day. Awesome outdoor shower and deck with grill which we also used daily. Comfy living room with lots of family games in tv console.
