2 Bedroom Cottage in Lake

Make memories at Lake George while staying in our furnished cottage. There are 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room, a finished attic with bunk beds, CENTRAL AIR (newly added), four piece bath with jetted tub, laundry room with washer & dryer, many ceiling fans, kitchen with all accessories, loft with full size mattress for relaxing or sleeping, screened in front porch, and outdoor area includes fire pit with picnic table & charcoal grill. We can host up to four adults and two children comfortably. May sleep a couple additional guests, if willing to sleep on futon mattresses or bring your own sleeping bags/air mattress. Pets are our friends! The access to Lake George and Shingle Lake for swimming are just steps away. The Depot Grocery offers pizza, hand dipped ice cream, and many other refreshments. Dollar General is located right in town. The Swiss Inn restaurant/bar offers a large menu and entertainment. There’s plenty of parking space for your water and trail toys. Everything is in walking distance! Paved streets make it easy for you to bring your bicycles and ride. Friendly Lake George residents make your stay enjoyable. Canoe the Muskegon River, only 20 minutes away. Mount Pleasant Casino is 45 minutes away. Riding trails/ORV/snowmobile trails are located 15 minutes away in Leota. Within 45 minutes of Houghton Lake. Several ALL SPORTS lakes nearby. Not responsible for acts of nature that may cause power and/or cable/WiFi outages. Contact host with any questions.

Summary: A nice little place packed with anything you could possibly need. Just like home. Very clean and comfortable. Living room furniture like new and comfy. Linens nicer than I have at home. The owner has thought of everything for a comfortable stay. The cottage is dog friendly. Even supplied the dog bowls!! Screen front porch enjoyable too!!

Summary: Jennifer is the best host you will feal with! She answered all my questions prior to booking as well during the whole process! House is exactly as it says but when you get there its even better! She has all amenties you need plus any toiletries you may have forgotten! It has 2 loft areas which is great for kids my daughter loved it! Close to swimming areas and nice little beach! Definately recommend staying here! We will go back!

Summary: Jennifer was an amazing and helpful host! And the property itself was so adorable. Everyone in the area was so friendly and the town has anything you many want or need. My favorite part of the house was the loft, it's so cute with the lights on. The house was very clean and stocked with anything you may have forgotten to pack. It also smelled amazing all the way throughout the house. We can't wait to go back again in the summer so we can enjoy the porch, grill, and fire pit when it's a little warmer outside!

Summary: First the owner was excellent to work with. Always available. House was in excellent condition and included everything imaginable but refrigerator/freezer (there was a bag of ice) items. There was a washer dryer and any cleaning item you needed. There had been updates made and there was plenty of space for my family. There was a great grill and firepit. Even though it wasn't directly on the water there was close access. I'd recommended it to anyone and plan to go back
