Summary: Very clean property, quiet neighborhood, safe area. Mrs Joanna was very attentive to questions and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend to any fisherman coming to the area to fish to stay here. Private dock out back, plenty of room to park two trucks and trailers with circle driveway.

Summary: This was our 2nd time to stay here!! We stayed one year ago, at the same time, for our anniversary!! We love how close to town and accessible it is to go to Scottsboro and Guntersville to eat!! The studio is extremely clean, and the decor is very attractive and modern! My husband loves to fish, and both trips we have brought our bass boat. The boat landing is just 2-3 minutes away and so convenient! We enjoyed sitting out under the gorgeous covered boat dock in the mornings drinking coffee…and in the evenings winding down!! The owner was very respondent and quick to answer any of our questions. We enjoyed our stay in this sweet location, and have told many of our friends of our experience! I highly recommend this rental and we plan to visit again in the future!!

Summary: Beautiful property, good location, great boat dock. Not necessarily designed with women in mind (e.g. no way to shave legs in shower, tiny and threadbare wash cloths, no counter space for makeup etc.)

Summary: Stayed for 5 days. House was clean and ready upon our arrival. The manager was amazing and house was as advertised. Will request to stay again. Great location not far town.

Summary: Very clean, basically a full hotel room right on the water with a full kitchen! We bring our boat and to have year long access to the dock with power supply is so nice to go from room to fishing in a walk through the yard is great for our needs!
