Summary: This was a great vacation home, With kids 10 and up and it rained most of the time we were there. A few things were out dated but all in all a great house.

Summary: This home was amazing! Our home contact was Dorothy. She was very responsive! The home was identical to what is shown. Very great location to the clubhouse. Up front the club house was $75 for 4 adults and $15 for everyone thereafter. Just had to show our booking confirmation. My family enjoyed the stay and we’re considering coming back every year! Thank you for such a great experience in the poconos!

Summary: We found this home after a last minute cancellation in area. Located as the closest home to Big Boulder Mountain, this spacious home has lots of room for many guests of all sizes (we were 4 adults and 5 children). The kids especially enjoyed all the room as they had many areas to play away from the adults. The home has huge windows with plenty of natural light coming in. The windows include views of the lake and of the mountain. If you are a skier the location cannot be beat. If you are coming during the summer season, as we did, it is a bit of a walk to the lake club but a short drive (3 minutes). The lake club features a swimming area and pool, along with boating rentals. The air conditioning of the home is outstanding as it keeps every room at a nice cool temperature. So, some of the potential of the house can be some added outdoor entertaining areas. The deck they have a little small to accommodate all the room the home features. There is a back door that leads to just the hill area. If permitted this area would be wonderful space to have some seats, fire pit, string lighting etc. The movie room and game area is just inside so it would be easy to keep an eye on any children. The kitchen is also a little tight for a big group. The home features many home entertainment options: movie theaters, TVs, etc but a big improvement would be to include a manual on how to operate everything. The wifi was a bit spotty at times too, for those of you that might try to work from there. The seating and mattresses for the home aren’t the comfiest, so that can use an upgrade. We did enjoy our stay. There are plenty of areas to walk and bike, lots of restaurants close by and lots of other places of interested within 20-30 minutes. The natural beauty of the area is a huge selling point. You will see plenty of deer too. And at the end of the day, you have a huge home to come back to. The community was also very friendly including the staff at the Lake club.
