This spacious lake house is located in the heart of the Poconos and within an amenity full gated community; minutes away to Poconos greatest attractions including Kalahari, Camelback mountain and Mt. Airey Casino. Brand new 7 PERSON HOT TUB with amazing views of the lake! (***Hot tub only available between the months of September - May).
Enjoy mornings kayaking from a private beach or sunsets while roasting marshmallows on a lakeside fire pit. Large lakeside dock with table and chairs. Ramp to launch the kayaks. Fishing is possible from the dock but it is shallow so best to take the kayaks out for fishing. Enjoy winter days skiing at your local mountains and then come back to a cozy home and warming up your toes near a fireplace.
First thing you will fall in love with is the beautiful lay out and spacious dining and living room with of course a lake view. Right next to the kitchen is your sunken dining and living room space. Enjoy your time out relaxing on the deck with views of the lake and greenery, grilling outdoors on the GAS BBQ grill or spend your winter weekends indoors watching a movie on a 65in flat screen TV above the fireplace. Theres also a large flat screen TV downstairs in the family room.

Other things to note
Short term renters will not have access to the laundry room (less than 7 days). Pillows and linens are provided in this rental; however, bath and beach towels are NOT. Cleaning Fee: $120 Minimum stay is 2 nights ( except for holidays; min 3 nights) Security Deposit: $400 ***Renters must be 25+ years of age; A form of ID will be requested by owners prior to arrival for confirmation.
Once a booking is reserved, a manual and other terms and conditions will be emailed to the renter.
Recommendations:
- bring extra towels and a robe for the hot tub :)
- bring firewood for fire pit and fireplace. Would recommend duraflame logs which burn longer and cleaner.
- regular drip coffee with disposable filters. Bring ground coffee.

Summary: A group of friends and I stayed here for a cozy winter weekend getaway, and it was the perfect setting for that. Hot tub and fireplace were a big hit, and the spacious living and dining room allowed us to all gather together. Would go back!

Summary: Comfortably accommodated our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) & was relatively close to our camelback skiing activity. House was clean & kitchen had what we needed to cook & eat in house. Was great for our short weekend ski trip. Pros: - the house was clean & neat upon arrival - bathrooms, showers & kitchen were clean - plenty of space for our group of 8 - hot tub was clean, ready & easy to use - large table with plenty of chairs to eat at - living room couches were comfortable - kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. - downstairs game room was great for the kids - VRBO landlord was reachable via text & responded quickly. - overall a very good experience for our group. 2 thumbs up! - driveway parking (off street) - welcome center to check in for access pass is open 24/7 Cons (just for an honest review): - narrow steps at front entrance made loading & unloading our luggage into the house a bit more difficult than I’d prefer. - small kitchen made cooking with more that 1 persons at time spatially challenging but was fine for our short stay.

Summary: Perfect for family vacation no matter what time of the year. Perfect size and very lovely are with wildlife. If you want to relax and just enjoy yourself friends family hang out by the fire with a adult beverage, you will love this place.

Summary: My friends and I make an annual trip to the Poconos for a weekend of R&R. This house was perfect for that. It’s clean, cozy, and accommodating to large groups. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of rooms. The lower level is a bit cold but some may like that. The hot tub is a wonderful treat. We had a family of deer checking us out as we were enjoying the hot tub. And the dining room table is HUGE. This was perfect for the amount of food we had and we were able to spread out. We barely left the house. We ate, made a fire, and reminisced about high school and life. It was just what we all needed. Jack was the perfect host. He was responsive and so welcoming.

Summary: Our family of 10 including a 2.5 year old and an 8 month infant and two dogs enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit for everyone. There was enough space for all including beds and dining although the kitchen area is kind of snug cooking for our crew. Enjoyed everything but swimming and fishing from the dock are not an option as the water is only a foot or two deep. Thanx Jack for the use of your cottage for our family get together

Summary: We enjoyed our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and the crib was a bonus for the 19 month old. Everything was clean! We enjoyed the kayaks during the day and the fire pit and s’mores at night. Jack checked with us via text on our arrival day to make sure all was good. I would definitely recommend for a great family get away!

Summary: very nice house. Does have A/C but not central and some units can be loud. Would not have been a problem except of the baby. Lot of steps in the house. Toaster oven was broken. Door literally fell off. when we tried to open. Owner did offer to replace while we were there. Overall nice property and we did enjoy our stay. On a side note tennis courts in community were AWFUL. dangerous to play on.

Summary: Lovely location with a dock on the lake. Our extended family with small children loved the lake, kayaking, roasting marshmallows on an open flame and easy walks to the pool. Thank you for the 5 tags - extra folks for the pool are $12 each. House is rustic but big enough for our crew of10. Would recommend bringing sheets and whatever special kitchen stuff you might need or asking if it’s there. Owner was attentive and communicative - no problems there.

Summary: This property was absolutely amazing! Plenty of room for all of us. The lake views from anywhere in the house are beautiful and bountiful! My partner and I enjoyed sneaking out of the basement door to enjoy our morning tea and kayaking on the dock while everyone was asleep. The dock was awesome (even had a ramp for the kayaks!) and the campfire on the shore of the lake was perfect for an evening fire and stellar views. The wildlife was abundant there too! The deer and fawns came so close! Ducks, frogs, i think we saw a mink maybe! You wont regret renting this property and the Host Jack was nothing short of accomadating and awesome. Will definitely be back!
