Summary: Accomodations were great! We loved being about to walk out on the deck and fish from there! So quiet (except for the thunderstorms at night, lol) and peaceful. Hope to go again soon!

Summary: We found the Lake Livingston rental at the last minute. I was exhausted after a very busy week at work. My friend was trying to regroup after a traumatic loss. The deck stretched out over the lake. We saw 12 different kinds of birds,turtles and a few boats. The quiet reprieve healed us. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and sufficient. And it's on the lake--and it is weathered. We would go back in a minute.

Summary: It’s was decent enough but I did feel it was old and could use some general maintenance. The house has an odd slightly damp smell that we weren’t able to get rid of and it wasn’t fully ready when we got there. The maintenance man had to come over 3 times during a 2 day stay. The beds were comfortable and it is right on the water.

Summary: Our stay was very nice. The only complaints was the trash outside was half full when we arrived and the outdoor grill was very dirty and too small. Other than that we had a great time. We would stay there again.

Summary: Overall it is nice place. There are a few maintenance issues, i'm not sure the owner is aware of. The bar ref. Was completely frozen up, and 2 of the beds (1 futon, and upstairs bed) have issues. Futon has been taped together with painters tape, and could not be used. Upstairs bed has wood supports under it to support the frame, and there was trash under it from previous guests.
