Our Beach Front Studio Suite offers a panoramic view and full access to a private sandy beach, scattered with beautiful stones on the shore of Lake Huron. Step out your 8 foot glass door-wall onto your private deck to enjoy the view of sailboats, jumping jet skies, kayaks, and freighters passing by or step 30 feet to the private sandy beach and take a swim in the clear blue waters of Lake Huron. Seating is available on your private deck and in the grassy yard. There is a Weber charcoal grill for barbecuing (you supply charcoal). Campfires are allowed on the beach. Firewood is available for sale many places on the ride in (watch for signs) or there is usually beach wood if you are willing to collect it along the beach. The beach is private to the residents and their guests.
The suite will sleep a maximum of 6 persons but not always 6 persons, depending on the group; a 2-4 adult maximum is recommended. There is one queen bed (sleeps 2), in the same room, one pull-out sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), and two recliners (sleeps 2). The fifth and sixth potential sleeper count (recliners) is intended for small children only,
Inside is a full kitchen complete with everything you will need-
refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, silverware, pans, coffee maker, air fryer. Blue Pearl granite counter with bar seating separates kitchen from living room/bedroom area. A remote controlled ceiling fan is centrally located. Also find 2 sky-lights, 2 closets, and a dresser/console table.
Your spacious private bathroom has a neo-angle shower, beautiful chestnut vanity, medicine cabinet, and cabinet over the toilet with plenty of storage for toiletries, sheets (provided) and towels (provided).
The private 60" flat screen TV offers Xfinity Cable, with free wireless wi-fi Internet.
Laundry facilities include a private washer/dryer combo unit right in your suite.
Grounds are beautifully landscaped and plenty of parking is available in the long double-wide private driveway. You may also park along the private residential street.
The suite is located 7 miles from the Blue Water Bridge, 1/2 mile to Fort Gratiot County Park, 3 miles to Lakeport State Park and boat launch, 4 miles to Birtchwood Mall, 6 miles to Lakeside public Beach/Park, 10 miles to Port Huron McLaren Hospital, 14 miles to Lexington State Harbor Public Boat Launch/Beach.
There is plenty of nightlife, day attractions, shopping, bars & restaurants close by in Fort Gratiot, in downtown Port Huron and in Lexington; Lyft is usually available.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS:
1) DOES THE OWNER RESIDE ON THE PROPERTY?
Lake Huron Beach Suite is a guest house which is attached to the main house by one common wall. The owner, a 75 year old widow, lives in the main house. Your suite has its own separate private entrance. You have your own private deck overlooking the lake. You have your own private kitchen, bathroom, sleeping/living quarters, and in suite laundry facilities. It would be like two attached condos where you are in one and the owner resides in the other.
2) IS THERE A FIRE PIT?
You may build a campfire on the beach if you wish. There is firewood available for sale many places on the ride in, including Kroger and gas stations (watch for signs) or there is usually lots of beach wood if you are willing to collect it along the beach.
3) IS THE BEACH A PRIVATE BEACH?
The beach is private to the residents of the neighborhood and their guests. You can walk north on the beach for over a mile (south about 2 blocks before you are swimming, lol, but feel free to swim a little farther and you will find the beautiful Fort Gratiot County Park. You can also reach the park by walking the street side 1/2 mile.
4) IS THERE A BARBECUE GRILL AVAILABLE?
We have a large Weber charcoal barbecue grill; you provide the charcoal.
5) DO YOU HAVE LAUNCH/PARKING FOR A BOAT/JET SKI WITH TRAILER?
There are two launches in the area that we recommend, Lexington State Harbor is 14 miles north and Bakersfield Park is 13 miles south of us. These facilities provide parking for your trailer after you launch your boat/jet ski. If you wish to park at the suite there is room on the residential street. You may anchor your boat or jet ski in front of the beach suite, just make sure to watch the weather, we accept no liability.
