This elegantly furnished 5 bedroom, 4 bath home offers the perfect holiday vacation. Beautiful views of the lake from inside, the multiple decks and the screened porch. Deep water for year-round access. The 3 master bedrooms have king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. A 4th bedroom features a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Sleeping 12, it is perfect for multiple combinations of couples or families. The double carport enters into the upper level which has a greatroom with open kitchen, master bedroom #1 with huge private bath, the queen bedroom and bunk room. The lower level has master suites #2 and #3 and a relaxing game room complete with pool table and large TV. Both levels open to decks with more seating than you can imagine. The pier has a floating dock and enough space for 3 boats. Conveniently located near popular Chimney Rock and Alpine trails, with delicious eateries and grocery shopping nearby. 40 minute drive to Auburn University for game-day enthusiasts.
In regards to the Coronavirus, we have a very dedicated cleaner who cleans the entire house very thoroughly after every guest with Lysol and Clorox products.
Minimal rental of 30 days has been set by our Homeowners Association, which will start later this year.

2022, April 15 (Friday) to May 15
(Sunday) - 5 weekends
2022, May 20 (Friday) to June 19 (Sunday) - 5 weekends (includes Memorial Day)
2022, June 24 (Friday) to July 24 (Sunday) - 5 weekends (includes 4th of July) - ALREADY BOOKED
2022, August 12 (Friday) to September 11 (Sunday) - 5 weekends (includes Labor Day & Football Season)
2022, September 16 (Friday) to October 16 (Sunday) - 5 weekends (Football Season)
2022, October 21 (Friday) to November 20 (Sunday) - 5 weekends (Football Season)
Standard early 11am check-in and late 3pm check-out give you the most time of any rental you can find.
Please note that young children must be watched carefully due to decks and stairs.
Please note that as the daily rates have been reduced by 70%, cleaning services will only be provided before and after the rental period. During your stay, please wash the bed linens and towels weekly.
Also note these neighborhood restrictions. There can only be a maximum of 5 automobiles at any house. Our driveway can park 5 vehicles. My personal vehicle may be in the carport, so you may only be able to have 4 vehicles. Do not park along the road, as this is not allowed. Also, do not leave any boat trailers along the road. Your boat trailer can be locked and left in an unobstructive area at a boat ramp. If you have less than 4 vehicles, you can back your boat trailer down the driveway. However, the driveway is a little steep and curved so backing down and driving out would take some skill.
Note that security cameras are in operation in the carport, kitchen/great-room, the game room, the main deck and the lower deck & dock. No cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 11. Loved the openness of the main floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows. The view was beautiful! The main floor also had the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and a screened in porch. The downstairs was the perfect setup with another fridge, a pool table, a ping pong table, and two master bedrooms with bathrooms. All master bedrooms had doors that opened to the deck. So much outside deck space and seating. This place was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need! The owner was very attentive and went above and beyond! We definitely fell in love with the Lake and the hime, and will be back again!

Summary: The view of the lake from the family room is spectacular! House was roomy and was great for our annual family reunion. The kids loved the lily pad down at the dock. Everyone had a great time. The owner furnished toiletries in the bathrooms, sunscreen products, flip flops and inner tubes. What owner does that! The check in and check out times were quite liberal compared to other properties that we have stayed at. We hope to return next year.

Summary: This house was amazing!! Beautiful Lake view, super clean and well stocked. Perfect spot for our daughter's small family wedding. Jim was great to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. He even went above and beyond and left Roses and Champagne for my daughter and her fiance. Super nice neighbors too!

Summary: This house and location was perfect for our family vacation. There were six adults and four children (ages 2 to 11) and everyone had a good time. The view from the house was fantastic. The location was in a large slough which provided a good location for water activities. There was a large pier with room for up to four boats. The property is also just minutes from Chimney Rock and Goat Island. We would definitely stay there again.
