Summary: We got double charged by hotels.com/afterpay and the hotel and it’s been a nightmare trying to get it figured out and we just want a refund.

Summary: The hotel only had a few guest, however, they decided to put us next door to each other and you could hear neighbors yelling late into the night and water constantly running. Also, the floors turned our socks black. The grounds needed trash picked up. The water was turned off to the hotel for over 5 hours. When we arrived there were no lights on for parking lot, in foyer/hall to room or the outside entrance to rooms…we had to use our phone flashlights to navigate. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to come and check us out upon leaving….after 10 minutes of waiting we called the hotel from lobby, after another 10 minutes we called the hotel again, then about 5 minutes after that the person we contacted on the phone finally arrived. We will never stay again

Summary: Front desk is awesome. My kid loves the pool area. We stopover for a night every year during our Thanksgiving vacation and it’s always a fun time!

Summary: I had some issues with a staff member during my stay, but the resort addressed the issue ASAP. I would give it 5/5 stars. Rooms were clean, pool was nice, and breakfast was good. Hoping to stay here again in the future.

Summary: The hot tub was closed and the indoor pool was ice cold. Also we wanted to stay another night and that consisted of four trips to the lobby to make it happen and it wasn't the original price they quoted. They kept saying it was because of Expedia and then it was another reason ..then they gave us a discount because we upgraded the room due to the fact that I thought I booked an accessible room..so I had to go up in price and yada yada. But room was nice. Don't think they should advertise a pool in jacuzzi if one is too cold to get into and the other is broken

Summary: Very friendly staff. There is an indoor pool which was a huge hit with a couple of families who had kids. Breakfast was limited and there was no microwave available for oatmeal that was offered (in individual packets). We had to take our food back to the room because there was limited seating where breakfast was served. The only negative was that after an afternoon of going barefoot in the room, my feet had to be washed before I could put them in the bed.

Summary: This looks like it was a lovely property at one time but it’s seriously neglected. Paint chipping off in the bathroom, the area to sit and look at the lake was filthy, the trash bin overflowing. Cobwebs….squeaky bed frame, breakfast was missing anything fresh like fruit, or milk/cereal.

Summary: Staff was not very courteous @ desk when trying to check in. Room service did not come and clean or replace linens and we had to go to desk to ask for linens.

Summary: The room was nice and the pool was clean. The floors in the room desperately needed to be mopped. But aside from that, were very clean. Bed was firmer than I like but the mattress and sheets were clean. The lady who checked us in was nice. But at breakfast a staff member treated me like a child and then touched my food with bare, unwashed hands unprovoked.
