Summary: Beautiful property. Very comfortable living space. Extra batteries in case of dead batteries. Comes with lots of board games, floaties for swimming in summer. Loved the amount of extra towels and that there was seasoning already there to cook with! The kitchen was Amazing with the big island, plenty of work space. Very cozy with the cotton bedding. Was wonderful to be able to do laundry. No need to worry about having to do tons of laundry from a trip! Adam was a great host couldn’t ask for a better one! Thank you for making our stay great!

Summary: We had a great time at this cottage. The village provides many amenities, and it is so close to the beach! We had a couple things we needed help with throughout our stay, and communication with Adam was great. The village is pretty quiet this time of year which we enjoyed. Overall, we would highly recommend for a fall getaway.

Summary: We have been staying at this resort since 2009. Missed a few years at Covid. This property was great. Bright open floor plan. One thing we noted about this property over others is the amount of stuff there for guests to use. Even paddle boards and dozens of float chairs etc. it a short stroll to the beach and a large grass area. There was plenty of room to stretch out on the screened patio or in the living room. Beds were great as well. Fast response with any questions from the property manager

Summary: Loved the house, the resort, all of it! Adam was very responsive with any issues we had. The house is stocked with beach accessories such as chairs, towels, paddle boards. Very modern kitchen, clean and comfortable.

Summary: First of all I have to say that Adam is incredible. Without him this would have been a disaster. He was kind, responsive and very helpful with our issues. I'll start off with the pros: - Beautiful home with plenty of space - Pool was awesome - Lake was incredible - Everyone involved was very kind and helpful The reason for 4 stars and not 5 overall is that we had a lot of problems. For the price in a place like Oroville I would expect everything to be flawless. So here were the cons: - Host had issues accepting booking on Vrbo - At check-in the staff didn't have our reservation - Once we got checked in we were given an outdated map and told what unit we were in. However, each section of the development uses the same numbers with different identifiers (Honeysuckle 93, xyz 93, etc). There are no signs that indicate which properties belong to with identifiers. So we ended up at the wrong 93. - Once we made it to our unit, I noticed the AC was set to 50 degrees and there was very little air flow. Long story short the system was frozen and we had to turn it off for ~4 hours in the middle of the day when it was 95 degrees outside. - There was a lot of confusion about check-in/check-out times. Vrbo listed specific times but the house keeping staff had different times. So they were there when we got to the unit and arrived before we checked-out - Finally the fridge had issues. We were there 3 days and our food went bad, fortunately no one got sick
