** THE PROPERTY **
This is a very clean and newly remodeled condo at the Lake of the Ozarks. This property is great for any type of vacation for a group of up to 6 guests. This condo has two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with laundry.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a view out onto the lake. Master also has a walk-in closet. Master also has a 40" Smart Roku TV with Cable. Living room has a comfy sectional that has a pull out into full size bed along with a 55" 4k UHD Smart Roku TV with DVD player and Cable. Kitchen has oven and stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, conventional coffee maker and full assortment of cooking utensils. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy overlooking the adjacent cove. Also provided in this unit is a full size washer and dryer.
We offer all guests the opportunity a separate rental for our 25 ft Manitou Aurora Tritoon with a licensed captain. We will provide/hire a licensed captain for your convenience. The captain is well knowledgeable of the lake and takes very good care of all my guests and allows them to have a fun and relaxing boat ride. The boat is a 25’ Manitou Tritoon with 200 hp engine. It’s almost brand new and I provide all safety equipment needed. I also provide noodles and saddles to float if you choose to anchor off in a cove. The boat comes equipped with a very nice bluetooth stereo, fish finder and bimini. Message for more details.
Parking is available right out front of the condominium. Boat and trailer parking is prohibited in all parking lot areas. Access to the condo is from the parking lot up a short flight of stairs (6 steps) onto front patio area, first door to the left. Boat launch and trailer parking is available nearby.

- The condo is located in Lake Ozark, MO at the end of Horseshoe Bend by land and at approximately the 10 mm of the main channel at Robinwood Condos.
- With the cove and main channel of the Lake just outside your door, this condo offers an unbeatable opportunity to spend each day on the water if you desire!
- Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled with the courses in the area, offering a picturesque setting and a laid-back resort ambiance. If you're seeking a more adventurous outdoor experience, check out cave tours, trails and mountain biking!
- Located in the Lodge of the Four Seasons area, this condo is just minutes from the famous Strip at Bagnell Dam and the Outlet Mall. There's no shortage of unique dining and shopping close by, and the bar scene is second to none.

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, flat-screen cable TVs, BBQ gas grill, patio with lakeview, iron/ironing board, air mattress, starter pack of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper, full size washer/dryer, on-site parking and more!
- Robinwood Condominium amenities include a clubhouse w/ gym equipment, 2 swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis court, playground, decks, 6 boat/fishing docks, swimming beach and pickleball. Pools and hot tubs are open from mid May to mid September.
- Quiet hours 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Due to space, please limit parking to 2 vehicles.

Summary: Easy check-in and great communication with host! The dock and boat slip are a quick walk from the condo and having a launch and trailer parking right across the street was great. Condo was clean and nice amenities!
