Summary: Our plan was to stay 3 days, leave the majority of our stuff for a few and then return for a night. The first part was fairly terrible. No show for the airport pick up, dinner was going to take 15 minutes, but took over an hour (what they wouldn’t tell us is that they order it out and there was a hold up. They kept implying that their kitchen was just having problems (there’s no shame in ordering it, it tasted good and was a reasonable price). Then we made triple sure they had the airport transfer ready for early the next am,. We watched her put it on a note and she gave us a card, and in the am, the van was there but the driver was at home asleep. He knew nothing about it, Our entire reason for being there was this flight. He hustled over and we made it n the Knick of time. When we, begrudgingly, returned there was a different young woman working, she sent the van, she followed up on finding something for me, and she successfully scheduled our van for the return trip to the airport the next day. This experience was vastly different. I guess the moral to the story is, staff is everything. If you get the soft spoken, slim, slightly tall young woman, run. Nothing will be followed through.

Summary: Excellent customer service, great value for money; spacious clean comfortable rooms with all the 4* amenities plus spacious fridge and reliable free airport shuttle. I'm a returning customer, this is my 6th time staying at the villa..it's now my home away from home when I visit Uganda. Highly recommend.

Summary: For the price, it's a convenient hotel, free transport to and from the airport (they even picked me up at 3:00 am from the airport). Breakfast is simple but fine and included. Dinner options are fine (not included but reasonably priced). I would stay here again. it's no frills but the staff and price are great.

Summary: The neighbourhood isn't a very pretty site but the actual is very well presented with classy decor and beautifully manicured gardens.I was very comfortable.
