First Floor: the perfect place to gather
- Living Room: you will find a comfortable couch, chaise lounge, bay-window, wood burning fireplace and a smart TV.
- Dining Area: pull up a chair to a large table or have a seat at the breakfast bar. A booster seat is available for our smallest guests.
- Kitchen: takes advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. There are enough plates, bowls, and cups to serve a crowd, including plastic cups and bowls for kids… and clumsy adults. All the necessary pots, pans, cooking knives, etc. are provided to prepare a great meal. A Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender with smoothie cups are ready to help you start the day.
- Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area.
- Full bathroom: a full bath with a tub and shower is conveniently located downstairs.
- Storage: a closet by the front door is perfect for stashing jackets, beach bags, shoes and umbrellas.
Second Floor: the perfect place to rest
- Four Bedrooms: a large primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, two rooms with queen-sized beds (1 features a desk for those remote workers), and a “cubs den” with 3 twin sized beds (1 standalone and 1 set of bunk beds). All bedrooms have a smart TV (or ChromeCast)
- Full bathroom: a full bath with a tub and shower.
- Reading nook: at the top of the landing, you will find a cozy chair and a great collection of children’s books and games.
Outside: the perfect place for fresh air
- Front deck: large front deck with a bistro table
- Back porch: covered deck with a dining table and grill. String lights set the mood for evenings outside.
- Firepit: a wood burning fire pit with large Adirondack chairs

Summary: This first-time experience using Vrbo for a rental property ended up to be a great stay because of the owners of this home and the house itself.The owners of this property had great communication. Since I booked just three days prior to my stay, they promptly reached out with the information needed to register as a guest of Arrowhead Lake Community and the additional guest fees that needed to be paid to the community. They checked on us during the stay and again on check-out day to make sure the check-out process went smoothly, and it did.The house gave us a warm and welcoming feeling from the moment we walked in the door and it was very clean. The main floor was open and spacious for family to gather. There were many books and games to keep the children occupied when they weren't out skiing. The TVs in each room had access to Netflix and other apps that you could sign in to your account to watch your favorite shows or movies. If the weather was warmer, we definitely would have lighted up the fire pit in the backyard.

Summary: Had a great time here with family. Kids (6 and under) loved it. The Cub Den room is perfect for a group of cousins. Fire pit was excellent, back covered porch was clutch on a surprise rainstorm. Very close to some great lake beaches and fantastic pools. Very much looking forward to staying again!

Summary: We were looking for a quiet place to relax for a few days and are so happy to have found this hidden gem. The house is spacious, beautiful, and immaculate. Tastefully and charmingly decorated...no oars on the walls or mounted animal heads here! Furniture and mattresses are very comfortable. The fire pit area is a lovely place to relax at night. We have been coming to the lake once or twice a year for the last decade, always staying at a different location, so we've seen quite a few properties, good and bad. This house is the ONLY one that has an adequate number of smoke/fire detectors in the proper locations. That tells me the hosts are concerned for the safety of their guests as well as the security of their property. I slept better knowing this. The hosts are excellent at communication and a joy to work with. If you are looking for comfort and quiet, this is the place for you!!

Summary: House was clean, well maintained, updated, and had everything you could think of plus more. We stayed for three days and had rain two of the days. The house came with plenty of games to keep six adults and two children occupied. Lots of memories and laughs shared at the house. Would highly recommend and will be going again.
