2 Bedroom Cabin in Ludlow

Charming 2 BR / 1.5BA updated 4 season cabin directly on Lake Rescue in Ludlow VT. 2.5 miles to Jackson Gore and 7 minutes to Okemo Mountain clock tower.
Our cabin features an open floor plan from the fully equipped kitchen leading into the dining / living room that has a full wall of windows directly looking out to the lake with mountain views.
There is a bath and 1/2. The full bathroom is updated with tub and shower. The 1/2 bath doubles as the laundry room.
Two bedrooms are upstairs. There is a queen bed in the master and two twins and a queen in the second bedroom. BYO sheets and towels.
The house is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a well-supplied kitchen including spices, slow cooker, coffee maker (full pot or single Kcups), a microwave and dishwasher.
The dining room seats 6. The living room has a wireless internet and a TV for streaming. There are a variety of games & puzzles for the whole family.
Outside during winter, you will find a deck with chairs, propane BBQ grill and propane fire pit.
Outside mid-May thru Oct you will find a deck that sits over Lake Rescue. There is a dock with swim ladder, 2 kayaks, a paddleboard and a 5 person pedal boat for recreational use (PFD provided). There is also propane BBQ grill, outdoor table and chairs for lakeside dining.

Summary: Beautiful views and ample room for relaxing, cooking, unwinding. We love the dock, the walk down to the Bridge, the couch, and doing puzzles. Simple, calm, really heavenly.

Summary: This property was the perfect size for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home! Having coffee in the morning with a lake view was a bonus! The location is in close proximity to Okemo Mountain and downtown Ludlow. Thank you Sandi!

Summary: This is a great house right on the lake waters edge. The house comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has great views across the lake. It is very close to downtown Ludlow and the Jackson Gore base of Okemo mountain. We travelled for a long ski weekend and the location was perfect. We went skiing all day then relaxed with great views the rest of day from the house. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. This was our second time staying here and will certainly consider staying again on future trips.

Summary: The cabin was clean and charming and in a great location. Not only is it right on the lake, which provided amazing views, but it was a short drive to get to Okemo for skiing. The owners were very responsive when we returned from skiing and the heat was not working. A repairman arrived within a few hours and the issue was quickly fixed. It was a very comfortable space for our family of four and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday stay in this cabin. Tastefully decorated and fully appointed. Loved the small amount of holiday decor since we were there for Christmas Day. There wasn’t anything we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t there. It was the perfect size for us and our two young teens. We enjoyed the games and puzzles in the cupboard and every channel/streaming app imaginable was available. The main purpose of our stay was to ski at Okemo and it was so easily accessible. We’d love to visit in the summer next and take advantage of the lake!

Summary: As soon as we opened the front door, we fell in love with this place. Such a cute and cozy cottage with an amazing lake view. We all agreed that we have to come back annually. We saw a pair of loons, paddle boarded, kayaked and enjoyed nights on the back dock with the little fire pit to keep us warm. We visited the 2nd weekend in September and it was still warm enough to swim during the day. Highly recommend!

Summary: The cabin is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was more than big enough for our family of 4. The owner was responsive and helpful (though the biggest issue we encountered was 8 inches of snow). We will look to stay here next year when we return to Ludlow.
