Positive: This was our second year renting this unit. It was more expensive than others in the same complex but we liked the view from the balcony and having nice kitchen and more space so it made sense for us to rent it again.
Negative: I wanted to extend my stay by one day but the agency sent me a ridiculously expensive quote not even trying to consider that we are renting for the week and adding extra cleaning fees after first day. The king bed was too squeaky second year in a row, so we moved to the other smaller bedroom. It is a shame that the owners did not fix the bed - it is such a nice bedroom and this issue is easy to fix by padding the wood panels on the bed properly. We also did not like that the swim dock was too crowded with people because the pool was closed on all weekdays (contrary to the advertised every day open policy).

Positive: Great view; the apartment had everything we needed - grill, kitchen amenities.
Negative: We were not particularly lucky with the neighbors - in the next door apartment the TV was extremely loud until very late. I am not sure though if something can be done in such cases by the property management.

Positive: Cozy small apartment. Perfect for a group of 4. Beautiful views and some options to eat around the area.
Negative: Location is not ideal if you want to be spending time at Tremblant, but it's an easy drive. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise every morning from the neighbors.
