3 Bedroom House in Jacksons Point

Our lovely open concept 3 bedroom 4 season Lake House has unbeatable views of Lake Simcoe and is within an hour of the GTA - please note we are only accepting stays of minimum 31 days and are now taking reservations for Spring/Summer 2022.
Perfect for a relaxing family, couples or guys/girls weekend. All amenities are within 5 minutes and there is plenty to see and do. We do like to note that our Lake House is indirect lake front which means you need to cross over the road to our private dock. Also, not best suited for children 2-12 years, we are a low key RnR adult getaway destination.. We also have a strict no pet policy without exceptions as well no group events are permitted without the owners approval.
SPRING/SUMMER - 80 foot private waterfront, private dock to enjoy Lakeside relaxing, swimming, boating, miles of biking along picturesque Lake Drive, the ROC outdoor experience, golf, fishing and hiking. Located close to two public beaches as well as De La Salle park. Outdoor fire pit to enjoy during your stay for those who enjoy roasted marshmallows. We do not have A/C; however, fans are provided throughout the cottage and we keep the window open to enjoy lake sounds and breezes.
FALL/WINTER: biking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Truly a location to enjoy all 4 seasons to either relax with a book, go for a walk , bike along Lake Drive or just enjoy the outdoors being active . Our Lake House has high speed wi-fi and parking for 3 cars.
All amenities are within 5 minutes and there is plenty to see and do:

Grocery store, pharmacy, LCBO, Beer Store, hardware and rental (bikes/SUP boards) are all within 5 -7 minutes of the cottage.

Summary: This lovely cottage was perfect for our family with older teens. Plenty of space with many extras to enjoy the beautiful lake with private dock. The lake is clean, and great swimming, boating etc. We had unusually high temperatures and the house was hot. However, the outside deck and patio offered plenty of hang out space, and we just went swimming. Adjacent town has all kinds of options for take-out or forgotten supplies. It’s a really lovely getaway and wonderful spot to enjoy the lake. Don’t count on local boat or board rentals without advance booking and planning.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable cabin; great communication with the owner Traci. Right on top of Lake Simcoe we visited early in spring for a fishing trip but this would be a great place in the summer which has a beach located right down the street.
