Beautiful four-season, clean, nicely furnished home on Lake Sunapee, NH is available for rent on a weekly basis in the summer and min of 3 nights in Fall/Winter/Spring. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating from 75 feet of lakefront with a private dock on a secluded cove. We have kayaks and a canoe provided for our guests. Located just 5 miles from great skiing and hiking on Mount Sunapee, it also has easy access to I-89.
This home features a cathedral ceiling in the great room with two stories of glass overlooking the lake, plus a lower-level family room with a slider out to the lake. With four bedrooms and three baths on three floors, this home is comfortable for a couple or extended family. Two leather couches, an IKEA queen convertible coach, and plenty of space allow for room to spread out. So gather your friends and family, and book now for a fun-filled vacation that you will never forget.

Summary: As we walked into the home, we saw the amazing view of Lake Sunapee! The house was very clean, and well stocked with everything we could need. The the beds were very comfortable, and the main room was spacious and well furnished. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had, making our stay enjoyable.There was more than ample sporting lake equipment in good condition and ready to use. We had a wonderful vacation at their home! We couldn't have asked for a better time!!

Summary: The house is spacious, comfortable, welcoming and very homey. There was plenty of room to spread out in different levels. Grandchildren adults enjoyed family dinners around a large table. We enjoyed hours on the lake with paddle boards and kayaks provided with PFD's. The kitchen is a dream and well stocked with cook ware. We loved the inside as well as the outside spaces. We would go back again.

Summary: We did not want for anything! From a perfectly appointed Chef's kitchen, to lovely bed linens, and kayaks, paddleboards, grill, dock, firepit- they thought of everything! It definitely felt warm, cozy, and comfortable! The owner was also very accommodating! We loved Ziggy's Pizza and rented a Pontoon boat from Goodhue! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!
