Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Lake Michigan is a short walk away and the beach along this stretch is just fantastic. The kitchen is well-supplied and the generous island makes for a perfect gathering area. The outdoor space includes a nice deck, picnic table, and grill. One family member really appreciated the office space and good Internet. Overall, the property feels like a lake cabin that you are borrowing from a family friend. The bathroom is on the small side with a very small shower. We were comfortable during our stay and appreciated the owners' good communication.

Summary: We had a lovely time soaking in Beaver Island from this comfortable retreat. The beach access is very easy and was nearly private even though we were there in August. Definite recommend!

Summary: This cottage was perfect as an extra house for our family reunion on Beaver Island. The kitchen/dining/living room area was spacious and had a lovely view of Lake Michigan. The children's bedrooms were especially nice with their own separate staircase to a bedroom and a loft on two levels in the back of the house. The amenities were very good and the checkout process was easy. There is easy access to one of the few public beaches on Beaver Island. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place on Sand Bay!

Summary: The house has everything you need to have a wonderful stay on the island. The kitchen is fantastic to cook in and the space is laid out really well. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to rent from. This rental is a winner!
