Perfect for Summer stays when it rains or when the weather at the Lake is cooler or anytime you wanna jump out your bedroom window and land in 104 degrees!… The Lake itself is only 1/10 of a mile scenic walk where you can use two provided kayaks and a standup board … The Cottage has state of Art gas stove and refrigerator & two new Sony television sets; 5G Wi-Fi for your convenience…A redesigned Fire pit, swing and Hammock ads to the lovely experience at the cottage —Lake Ivanhoe is a “sandy beach oasis” … the cottage has everything you will need for a perfect getaway —full kitchen with a gas stove; New refrigerator and microwave all recently installed —Many extras including coffee machines, blenders and Cusiart Stainless steel cookware are included… Upgraded fire pit and Stainless Steel Propane Grill… The three bedrooms totally furnished with high end sheets, all new mattresses & bedding. (Gaze at the brilliance of the star studded sky at night — away from city lights!). The Master bedroom has a King Size bed. For the times you don’t feel like cooking there is Blue Bay seafood and steaks restaurant and bar only 4 miles down the road on Province Lake Rd…Jim’s Wheelhouse pizza is nearby and the nodding Pines restaurant and Poor peoples pub are only 10 minutes away down the same road — the grocery store is County goods — again on province Lake Road which sells pizza and subs along with all your grocery needs and boasts the best ice cream! Wakefield is a wonderful town and you will immensely enjoy the fall foliage and any season there … A New propane stove in the living room was also installed this Heating up the cottage quite nicely… Some behaved pets are permitted 🙄… Brand New GE air conditioner! (There is a ring camera above the Jacuzzi spa and another one on the backside of the cottage facing the shed. The ring camera protects the vehicles out front.)

Summary: My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay very much. Paul was very responsive with any questions we may have had. The hot tub (there are two but we only used one) was clean, hot, and awesome. The beds were wicked comfortable, and there are even robes and slippers there if you feel so inclined.

Summary: All the amenities we needed, looked like it was recently refurnished. We needed a landing place so we could attend my aunt's memorial and gathering of friend and relatives, which was not far away in East Wakefield. We were not a the camp much and did not go to the lake from there. But enjoyed the hot tub several times! Paul was always ready and willing to proactively let us know what we needed to know and help us.

Summary: The cabin was spotless and so comfortable, the yard was gorgeous with a great fire pit, hammock, swing and horse shoe pit and cornhole! There were two hot tubs, one in front and one in back..so cool! The beach was an association beach right down the road and kayaks and paddleboard were supplied! Great week, we loved it!

Summary: This property had everything we wanted for our vacation: a beautiful cabin nestled in the pines, a hot tub on the porch with a view of the lake, and a large yard with games and a fire pit. There were even two kayaks so that we could explore the lake! We had a very relaxing time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely come again!

Summary: We had a lovely long weekend in NH. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking around the neighborhood, around Lake Ivanhoe and we even walked a bit further to Great East Lake. We were there for a weekend in June and the area was very quiet, people were friendly but otherwise left us alone.The hot tubs were a lovely addition to the trip, even when it got cooler and rained one day. The bed (we only used the King) was very comfortable and overall the stay was lovely.

Summary: The description and pictures of the property by the owner were totally accurate. Lake Ivanhoe was small, peaceful, and picturesque. It was the perfect size for exploring with the included kyacks. Loons can be seen on a protected island.

Summary: My kids and I have had a few getaways to various cottages and cabins in NH. By far this one is our favorite! Finely furnished with high end beds, fully stocked kitchen, the works! There was even a fireplace to warm up by on the cold NH spring night. Outside there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The hammock, horseshoe pits, and fire pit made for great fun! The kids and I explored the nice quiet lake in the kayaks; which was great. And then I had the chance to relax in the Hot Tub! Will definetly return in the near future!

Summary: We had a great time in Paul's cozy cottage. He kindly allowed us to come earlier/stay longer than a regular check- in/ check-out time, which made a big difference to us, not to mention how rare it is these days. The cottage was nice and warm when we arrived. The only disappointment was not so well cleaned a stove and bathroom. That can be easily improved so we strongly recommend this place.
