Positive: The staff were friendly, room was lovely. the view is immaculate. I knew it's far from the attractions when booking, because I fell involve with the view and wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. The pool had those floating ropes inside which takes aware it's Beaty, which is one of the things that attracted me to the hotel, so it was disappointing, too many barriers.

Negative: There's an issue with the hotel's address. I was dropped about 500m from the hotel in a very scary street. I had issue requesting on Didi because the address was not showing on the maps, including Alipay. I was stranded in Wangufijian street for hours even thought of cycling back which is 7km away. The pool had those floating ropes inside which takes aware it's Beaty, which is one of the things that attracted me to the hotel, so it was disappointing, too many barriers.

Positive: We booked the room with the city view, instead of one with the lake view. However, we were still able to see and experience the lake from the room. TV has quite a lot good-quality films in English. TV channels also included several western channels. Work space/table is so good along with its chair. And breakfast was awesome.

Negative: There was a bit of squeaking sound whenever we close the closets' doors. Minibar only had a couple of bottles of water. Gotta understand that Hotel is also served as a health & recreation center. So do not expect enormous gym or incredible lounge & restaurants.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay there. Good value hotel compared to a few hotels in downtown.
