A beautiful remodeled home overlooking a small private lake. Enjoy the view from the deck, and still have easy highway access to downtown and the Domain.
Home has 5 beds and sleeps up to 8 adults or 10 guests total. For the families, we have a pack and play, a high chair, as well as a few toys and games for the kids.
The 2200sqft home has gorgeous stained concrete flooring throughout, updated kitchen & bathrooms, huge deck, and a sunroom facing the lake with lots of windows. The kitchen is stunning with all stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite, and glass tile. The bathrooms have custom glass tile tub & shower surrounds, granite counter tops and custom sink vessels. Of course the home has central air and heat throughout as well as ceiling fans in each room. The living room has plenty of seating, and the dining room accommodates up to 8 adults. The large deck has plenty of seating with a patio table and chairs. It truly is a beautiful view - especially at sunset!
Please note that the fireplace is decorative only, and the garage is a small 1 car garage.
The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 10 people total. City of Austin has an occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults. Minimum age requirement of 25 years old. Cats are not allowed; dogs are allowed with prior approval and additional fee.
The neighborhood pool, playground, tennis, and volleyball courts are only available for guests staying 30 days or longer.
The small lake behind the home is privately owned and although it provides a beautiful view for your stay, guests are not allowed to go on the lake unless they join the recreation center.
Minimal, we live a few houses away.
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a surprising lake view for being in Austin. It's tucked away yet close to major highways.
Please note that the lake is just for the view, and there is no access allowed or possible from the home.

Summary: We spend Christmas in Austin each year with three daughters and their families so a big house in a neutral location is mandatory. This house had it all - roomy, view, location location location! Groceries 5 minutes, tons of dining options 5 minutes, movie theatres 5 minutes and the list goes on. We will be back!

Summary: Great place for a small family reunion. One from Hawaii, one from Norway, the others from various parts from Texas. The beds were stellar. Everything we needed was provided. Will return.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. Two families and their kids stayed here, and it was perfect for that. The hot tub overlooking the lake was great. Everything in the listing was 100% accurate. It was a great location for making many half day or full day trips to various amenities in the area. Would recommend this property to others.

Summary: This is our second stay at this property for a work trip. Ideally located 10 mins from The Domain where my company are located. The property has 4 good sized double / king rooms and plenty of space. The property location is nice and quiet with nice views over the lake.

Summary: This house is large and very clean and has the bonus of supplying paper towels, bath tissue and even a first aide kit! It is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood which is convenient to everything we needed. Downtown Austin is only about a 20 minute drive away. We much enjoyed the deck with a lovely view of a lake. The hot tub made the house extra special. I doubt if we will make it back to Austin, but if we do we would stay here again in a minute.

Summary: This home was on a good neighborhood, good location for us exploring the area, and was clean and very well equipped! We had a blast playing the board games and putting puzzles together, and spending the evening in the hot tub. Fluffy towels and everything we could possibly need was provided! Summary: This house was just what we needed for our long weekend in Austin. The location was great for where we needed to be and the house and amenities were wonderful! We enjoyed the hot tub as well!! It was so nice to be able to all stay together and not be separated like in a hotel!!
