Positive: We liked the location of the resort, it was at the prime location near Fewa lake. Resort staff was helpful, the dining experience with local folk dance was very good.
Negative: The room was very old, the AC didn't have horizontal blades to adjust the air flow, the TV was not having Youtube or smart functions, the wifi in the room was very poor. The restaurant was taking more than 20-25 minutes to serve a single cup of tea. The need to improve all above mentioned issues.
Summary: It was a Comfortable and Nice Family Stay, Recommended for families.

Positive: We upgraded our room so new room in new building was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The room we booked in the beginning we didn’t like much (deluxe room) seems like renovation was long ago. But we didn’t upgrade so new room was good.

Negative: Rooms were overpriced, the shower doesn't had pressure at all , if you ask me the tarrif should be half the price i was charged.

Positive: Very friendly staff at the Reception. The rooms are very big and clean. Good location!
Negative: I think there could be more service at the pool. The people were very friendly but the resort could profit more if they actively asked if you want something to drink or eat (espacially at lunch time). Just a recommondation, but furthermore out stay was perfect!
