Summary: This condo was perfect for our stay. It was a five minute drive to multiple beaches, and the parking passes were a huge help! Our kids loved the condo development pool, which was less than a two minute walk from our door. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful with the few questions we had. A perfect week!

Summary: This property worked well for our family of 5 (3 young children). We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Good location away from Rehoboth beach traffic but not too far from Rehoboth beach and short drive to Bethany Beach. The pool was a nice addition, clean and not crowded (we were often the only people there). Would stay here again.

Summary: The property was very clean and had almost anything we needed to prepare meals. We liked the pool and the surroundings of the property. We just wish the manager of the property was a better communicator. I reached out several times for information and did not hear back until the day of our arrival. That aside, we had a very nice stay!

Summary: This was a great place for a family vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely stay here again. The location is good, you are a close drive to beach and boardwalk. There is a really nice community pool, that doesnt get very crowded. We were very happy with all aspects of our vacation.

Summary: What to say, everything was great! From contacting the host with questions before renting to arrival, all was quick and very helpful. Not knowing the area, I was extremely happy with the location. Very close to everything, especially the beaches!! Enjoyed exploring Gordon's Park State park by bicycle. The condo had all we needed and more. The grounds and pool area were meticulous. We would definitely and already have recommended to friends ! Summary: We had a great stay! The location was good. It was a quiet relaxing place to stay. Our only problem was communicating with the owner. We emailed a few days before we left and apparently he doesn't check emails often. He responded 5 or 6 days later. We texted after that but with no better luck. The first time about the ceiling fan, and the next time about the Wifi not working. We never got any response from him. Maybe he was on vacation? Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay and would go again.
