Positive: Excellent location, easy walk to everything in Hanmer Springs. Most things you needed for self catering, but all restaurants and cafes also easy access. Pleased there was a spare bedroom (see "didn't like").
Negative: Creaky floor boards up stairs, battery required replacement in up stairs mezzanine smoke alarm (kept beeping), terrible double mattress downstairs (too soft for us).
