Currently only looking for WINTER rental Nov1,2022-Feb28,2023.
Very bright 2nd floor corner condo with 2 decks and lakefront views. This 1068 sqft unit is fully furnished with large comfortable living room plus extra den, well equippedkitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and two full bathrooms.
Rental includes utilities (TV/internet/gas fireplace/heat).
Casa Del Lago is centrally located on Osoyoos Lake, only a 10 minute walk from the town center and surrounded by nearby wineries and golf courses.
The complex is a well maintained, gated community with underground parking. Amenities include a lakeside pool and hot tub that are open during the spring and summer seasons as well as a clubhouse with an exercise room, lounge area, billiards table, and shuffle board.
Small pets upon approval. No smoking on premises. This property is family owned and used, respect for our neighbours is a high priority.
Winter rental: Preference given to longer periods of stay. Preferred booking 4-6 months.
Restrictions apply min. 30 day length of stay.

Summary: The condo was an amazing experience to stay in and exceeded our expectations! Everything you needed was available. Owner super friendly and helpful and was easy to get in touch with, and onsite help was always available. This place is a fantastic gem to stay in the summer because of its location and onsite amenities.

Summary: We were very comfortable and cozy in this very clean and bright corner unit condo. Very well equipped with kitchen, linens and bathroom accessories. We especially enjoyed the nearby walking/hiking trails. Great secure access to property, we would consider staying again.

Summary: This property was one of the cleanest and well supplied that we have stayed in. Everything we expected. Easy walking distance to downtown. Particularly liked the security. Felt very safe leaving my car in the basement.

Summary: This unit was the perfect fit for me! Corner unit with lots of sunlight and space. Location was within walking distance of everything and the complex is situated on the lake with amazing views. also utilized the exercise and games room in the Common hut. Everything was well stocked and the owner was quick with responses to questions and concerns. I felt very lucky to have this base to explore Osoyoos and area from this winter.
