This adorable vintage lakefront cottage full of character on quiet street will remind you of Grandma's house! The Tea Time Cottage is available year-round and features three bedrooms and two full baths including a huge master suite overlooking Lake Huron with French doors and Juliet balcony. Take a relaxing walk or bike ride to beach, marina, parks, downtown shopping, dining, bars, live theater, museum and historic lighthouse. A short drive to the south takes you to the village of Lexington where you will find more shopping, dining, marina, golf, Putt-Putt golf, brewery, wineries and another live theater venue! There is also a drive-in movie theater just a few miles to the west! Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig brewer, gas fireplace (note: fireplace is disabled in the summer season), Xfinity high speed WiFi, two smart TVs, washer/dryer, Weber charcoal grill and wood burning fire pit. Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, one double bed, one twin bed, one queen sleeper sofa, one double sleeper sofa and one twin sleeper sofa. We also have a crib/toddler bed for your littlest beach buddy! Lovely outdoor living areas include two furnished decks, lawn, beach and gardens. Game room with pool table and ping pong table. One person kayak available after July 5, 2022 with additional rentals available at local marina, Lexington marina or on the Black River in Croswell. Perfect for a couples retreat, best friends get-away or smaller family gatherings!

Summary: Very relaxing. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a very quiet enjoyable stay. People in town were very nice and friendly. Went to sleep every night listening to waves hitting the shore. :)

Summary: Great stay at a wonderful beachfront house. One thing I didn't realize on booking is that you can walk into a fun little beach town with a great restaurant, ice cream, and a Marina to watch the ships come and go. We would all like to visit again soon.

Summary: We loved spending time on the private beach, playing corn hole or enjoying the fire pit in the yard, or just relaxing and taking in the magnificent views of the lake from the large deck or anywhere in the house. Had fun playing pool. Great to be able to use both gas and charcoal grills and the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Beautifully kept up and friendly neighborhood. Great places to eat and activities close by (loved Lexington). We are already talking about our next stay here!!!

Summary: The house is older and very quaint. The furnishings are all very cute and comfortable and fit the Tea Time Cottage theme. I felt like I was staying at Grandma’s house on the lake! We loved walking our dogs on the quiet street, and enjoyed each little area of the home - the large dining table, the multiple seating options, the deck, the garage/game room, and the upstairs suite. We appreciated having access to all the chairs, yard games, bikes, and other small amenities. The only challenge was the slow draining upstairs shower. Overall, we had a very pleasant 9-day stay, and I would gladly return!

Summary: Very happy with the place, but the only thing that is troubling is the bath shower. If you have a knee injury you may have difficulty getting in an out. Also there were no washclothes or we could not find those, but we made it great. Enjoy your self when you go here.

Summary: My family had a wonderful time here. As soon as we walked in, everyone loved it. It felt so warm and inviting. The view of Lake Huron is absolutely beautiful from the main sitting room. Our host was so easy to communicate with and she thought of everything at the cottage. From labeled light switches, to a crib in one of the rooms, to bins of sand toys for the kids, things were so well thought out. Thank you for a lovely weekend!
