- $700 security deposit required.
- No parties or events without prior approval; unauthorized events will forfeit the deposit.
- No smoking indoors; $200 fine for violations.
- Excess noise after 10 pm prohibited (city ordinance).
- Proper disposal of garbage required; $50 fee for improperly disposed trash.
- A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.
- There’s a $25 cleaning fee for grill use.

-Clear Lake Casa is brought to you by Orlando Epic Rentals, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality. To ensure convenience, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and facial soap for our guests. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies to meet your specific needs.
-No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.
-Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.
-Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.
-The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.
-This is a vintage home. While occasional hiccups may occur, our team is on call to address anything quickly and ensure a comfortable stay. Please note that non-working amenities do not constitute a refund.
-Our tropical environment may bring about encounters with critters and insects. While we have monthly pest maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.
-Please do not leave garbage around the property, the raccoons may tear it open which will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
-A security deposit of $700.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
*Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*

Summary: I booked this home as a quick stopover after our Universal Studios trip, and I’m so glad I did! The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. My younger siblings couldn’t get enough of the bedroom/game/movie room with the pool table. But for me, the sunset was my favorite! So beautiful and peaceful! We’re already talking about coming back! Summary: Check in was poor, needed gate code and had to bug people to get it. Many features that I paid a premium price for fell very short: smelly unkept hot tub, pool with low water unkept and cold, very large holes in screened in porch, sauna did not work, poor craftsmanship in many areas of home, smelly dishwasher, terrible bedding and mattresses, whole bottom floor smelled like Febreeze, animal feces on master bedroom deck railing. Great theater room with pool table and cool old arcade game.Very cool home but most premium features that warranted high nightly rate were essentially useless. Only stayed for 1 night, would have been livid if I went there with a group or for a long stay.

Summary: Great location too our gymnastics venue. Something for everyone to do at the house. Just know the pool is not heated, that was the only downfall for us. Other than that we had amazing time at the home

Summary: Lake Gem needs a little polish. Paul (property owner/maintence) was great. If there was normal TLC I’m sure the property would look and feel 100%. That being said…9 family members arrived and left happily.

Summary: This house was an unexptected surprise. Gorgeous lake views and very close to the Amway center. We loved it. I enjoyed the view from the master bedroom and the kids loved the pool. Once we arrived at the house we felt like we were in our own oasis. The hosts were very responsive to us as well.

Summary: Pool was nice and deep, hot tub warm, and the top deck has great views of the sunset. Plenty of hot water, and having 4 bathrooms for the 5 bedrooms was perfect. We also really enjoyed the movie room

Summary: There was never a dull moment between swimming, the hot tub, making a fire, and renting the boat. Location was perfect for us because we had to be downtown but still wanted to be on the lake and this was the only lakefront house we could find. It only took us about 8 minutes to get downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Views were amazing and the rooms all had very fun decorations. thanks to Austin and his team!

Summary: Front door lock was broken when we arrived and we were not able to get in for almost an hour after our check-in time. Upstairs AC was almost nonexistent and uncomfortably hot. The gate to get in to the property was broken several times throughout our stay, to the point where we had to manually unhook the electric portion of it to leave the property. Lastly, there's a camera staring at your face in the lanai that was unsettling to say the least, I don't think anyone wants to be watched like that. I will say getting to the house was a bit scary because of the area, but the property was a pleasant surprise once the gate opened. The property has a beautiful lakefront view with a very nice dock to hangout on. And the main house is well sealed, so noise did not leak out of the house at all. Don't think I would stay here again, but we enjoyed our time there.
