Positive: Awesome view, plenty of space for my family of 5, great location for attractions
Negative: Beds were a bit uncomfortable, not horribly so. We spinned the mattress in the master to get rid of a sunk spot and that helped. Kitchen could have had some storage containers, also no paper towels on arrival, that would have been nice to have a roll to start with.
Summary: Great spot, not a luxury rental but good enough. Would probably rent again.

Positive: Everything you could want in a family getaway. I asked staff to something extra before my wife arrived and the went above and beyond. Very clean. Amazing view
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. My family asking can we go back and stay in same place.

Negative: The refrigerator was not working properly. It froze items in the refrigerator and the water and ice did not work. There were only 3 ice trays for a family. The porch light was not working we had to use a flash light to see the key pad to unlock the door. The coffee maker took over 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. No blow dryer in unit. The office was generous enough to find one for us. The beds need to be replaced as you roll to center. We have certainly stayed in worse shape but these areas could be improved, especially for the price of the unit.
Summary: The location was beautiful and perfect for what we came to Branson for.

Positive: The view and deck were the best part. The room sizes were great. Electric BBQ grill was great! Pool was small but very nice.
Negative: Unit inside and outside had a ridiculous amount of bugs. A full Missouri tarantula fell from the ceiling and onto my sons back. I have never seen one until then. Lots of ants! Refrigerator needs to be replaced. If you have to put up a sign to put food away in batches it’s time to switch it out. Kind of important for renters, LOL! Paper towels, TP, soap, dish soap, NO laundry detergent, either didn’t exist or not enough of. Hall bathroom toilet ran. Boat slips are old and run down. We never used it, reminded me of the beginning of a movie when something bad is about to happen right away. Deck below smokes and the massive great dane dog barks!
Summary: Overpriced - You pay for view is only justification!
