Summary: We are a family of six adults (my husband and I plus four "kids" ages 19-26.) For this year's summer vacation, we decided to check out the Finger Lakes. All we had to go by was info from a friend and what I gathered from online searches. We found the rates for the Western-side lakes were more reasonable than the larger lakes to the east. We chose Mary Alice & Tom's place for it's location right on Lake Conesus, and it was a wise choice! We spent much of our time when at the house enjoying the lake views and breeze from our upper deck. It was so relaxing! The home has been renovated and is comfortable. We also loved having the Beachcomber restaurant/bar right next door (also owned by Mary Alice and Tom.) We ate dinner there a few times - the food was delicious - and enjoyed listening to the bands from our deck. Mary Alice was an absolute delight to deal with - very personable, warm and responsive. They live on the lower level of the building so she's very accessible. We would definitely recommend this rental for your next trip to the Finger Lakes!

Summary: This house is exactly as listed. Beautiful views. Excellent location right next to 2 restaurants and a bar. The owner was very nice!

Summary: This was a very comfortable place to stay, right on Conesus Lake. Our hostess gave a great walk thru of the property, and how to use the AC units, entertainment options, etc. The restaurant next door served up Asian Crab Cakes for one of us, and the pub had fried pickles, chicken wings (and other options...but it was late and they were very accommodating) A beautiful view, comfy beds. Super clean! A selection of cookware and spices should you need to cook, an Aldis close by, and all the natural beauty anyone could ask for in NY. The photos don't do it justice! We were in town for a wedding and it could not have been more relaxing! Hope to be back again! Are you still reading this? Book now!

Summary: We had a great stay for our first time to the Finger Lakes. The accomodations were exactly as described, and the owner, Mary Alice, was wonderful. Fantastic location right next to Beachcomber. We enjoyed their food, ambiance, and live entertainment. Really close to shopping needs too! Oh, and the view was outstanding! We'll be back!!

Summary: From the friendly property owners, to the personal instructions, the place was perfect for our needs! Plenty of room for 3 adults, great view, sunrise and moonrise both visible... super comfy beds and room temperatures were individually adjustable which was ideal IMO Plenty of cookware, even basic spices available Will need to come back with more time and enjoy the deck! Summary: MaryAlice was a pleasure to deal with and communicated everything clearly and promptly. The house was spacious, clean and well kept. We enjoyed much of our time out on the rear deck overlooking the lake. We would love to return to this property in the future!

Summary: Lovely and unique. We loved the view from the deck, but since it was a bit cold outside, we enjoyed it more from the couch inside looking out the large window. Mary and Tom were wonderful hosts and we loved getting to know them and some of the locals at "The Beachcomer" restaurant and bar adjacent to the property. A warm and homey feel all around. Great hiking locally.

Summary: The house was amazing from it being newly renovated , the view was a million dollar view the best on the lake , the sand beach, resturant and dockside grille were all 5 star, our owner/host was amazing and friendly we are booking a weeks stay with her for next summer , you wont find a nicer property or host anywhere . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
