4 Bedroom Cabin in Coolin

In summer enjoy 63 feet of private lake frontage right out the patio doors with amazing sunsets. Swim Island and 3 adult and 2 child Kayaks provided, but you must bring your own properly sized life vest to use. HOA Community boat slip and sandy community beach included. Located in Cavanaugh Bay, which is calm and great for paddle boards, kayaks, jet skiing, or boating. Be sure to bring your life vests with you, if you plan to get out on the bay. House is new and very clean with 3 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a king bed and is upstairs next to the loft with its own bathroom that has a shower. There are 2 fold out twin beds, great for kids or teens in the master. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with a sink in between for washing up or getting ready. Then a separate full bath. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including many condiments, oil, flour, sugar, seasonings, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.....All the cookware, serving dishes, glasses...you would ever need. Propane BBQ on patio. Equipped with games, cards, puzzles books, kids table, DVD machine to play movies, beach towels and more for family fun. Washer/dryer with soap, A/C, dishwasher, all the comforts of home. Fire pit and firewood provided as well as outside seating, picnic table and corn hole. There is room for a boat trailer and an additional 3 cars. The Marinas nearby have boat and toy rentals. Lots of places to walk/hike, atv, snowmobile or pick huckleberries. It is even walking distance to the airport, in case you want to fly your own small private plane in. Cavanaugh's Resort is just 3 lots away to enjoy food, beverages, and occasional music. In winter, the foyer is great for taking off your wet gear with lots of hooks to hang and dry out. This is a great place to unwind and just enjoy beautiful Idaho.

Summary: Our family had a great stay here. The location was great and the private neighborhood beach was very nice and close. We would definitely recommend staying here if you have toddlers.

Summary: What a wonderful place for our family of 10 to be together and enjoy beautiful Priest Lake. There was just enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have space to even spread out a little. Although the beach area is a little rocky, we utilized the community sandy beach next door & met wonderful people there! Definitely could have used a pop-up shade shelter, and I would recommend one, even if you were thinking you’d be OK. That afternoon sun can be a little intense. I would recommend this home over and over again! The owners were kind, responsive, and their home was very well-kept! The kayaks were a wonderful fun addition for our family as well. The grandkids loved the small kayaks too! The kitchen was nicely stocked with accessories for all our cooking needs too. It was nice not to have to think about bringing so much from home( other than food) when already so much was provided!

Summary: The place is in a great location and was very clean. It has everything you need for your vacation including kayaks, beach toys for the kids and corn hole. The community beach is very close - right next to the neighbors house and the boat slip was very convenient. There are several outdoor chairs. The afternoons get a lot of sun so we got out our beach umbrella for those that needed shade. The beds are all very comfortable. The swimming area in front of the house is a bit rocky so bring some water shoes for those with sensitive feet. It didn’t bother the kids though. The airstrip is very close. The kids had fun watching all the planes come and go and watching the skydiving. We didn’t mind the noise but it does get quite a bit of air traffic on the weekends.

Summary: This is an amazing property. We explored the lake and restaurants, roasted marshmallows, watched gorgeous sunsets, and relaxed. There were so many other things to do…If we only had more time! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Summary: The house is very clean upon arrival. It had all the things you would need to stay for the week such as kitchen items, towels, blankets, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The kayaks at the property were so handy to have and very nice. The location you can’t beat. It’s right in the water, so you can just stare at the lake at anytime and just enjoy the peaceful lake from the home. They had plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy the outside patio and the beautiful sunsets. We had our boat with us and it was nice to have our boat in the water the whole time and be able to look right out the window at our boat. It made it so easy for everyone to just go right outside and go to the dock to get on the boat at anytime. The beds were comfy and the a/c was so nice. It was nice having a washer dryer as well. We will be coming back to enjoy the lake view! We were able to park our truck and boat trailer right along side of the house.

Summary: We absolutely loved this stay in the pristine Priest Lake region. The property and the host were awesome and we highly recommend this immersive lakefront experience. The views and water activities were amazing. The house is modern and very clean with great amenities and location. Looking forward to returning!

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property & cannot wait to return! We did all the things & loved sitting on the deck in the evening to listen to the music coming from Cavanaughs. I promise you won’t find a more relaxing, clean & hospitable place at the lake. We loved it!
