Summary: House was great! - well equipped and no issues. The location of the house was ideal for us - being able to do daily walks into town and to the town beach were a big plus. Was great to swim off the dock and kayak in the quieter cove area right off the yard. We also enjoyed the Sat night concert at the beach and hiking in nearby Sterling Forest.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay this beautiful home! The dock was my favorite place to sit and read.... and kayak and swim.... My kids loved the game room and all of the outdoor activities that are available. In the evenings we dined on the large back deck - and highly recommend The Helm for a casual/delicious meal. 10 out of 10 for us! Thank you!

Summary: As previous owners of this home, it was a wonderful week with family and our old neighborhood friends. Everything Greenwood Lake offers, we did. Boating, padel boarding, swimming and dining out. Grandkids had a great time in the gameroom and large yard, while the adults enjoyed the large deck and view of the lake. It's a special place that remains in my heart.

Summary: Huge yard that our dogs loved. We have small dogs so there were a couple of spots in the fence we had to block, which wasn’t a problem. House was in a great location. No issues at all

Summary: House was perfect for some slack pack day hikes from High Point Park in NJ to Lake Tiorati in NY! Evenings were comfortable with a lovely view off the deck of the expansive yard and Greenwood Lake. Having a working grill was greatly appreciated! Our family (including the dog) enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable all around! Thank you for sharing your home at Greenwood Lake!

Summary: Lisa and Mark's home was an ideal venue for 8 childhood friends to reunite. Bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen is complete, dining table easily expands, outdoor firepit and lake deck are inviting, and game room is entertaining. There are hiking trails nearby, and the stores and restaurants are conveniently located.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property on Greenwood Lake. Our party included my daughter and her husband with a toddler and infant. The house accommodated all of us comfortably. Terrific kitchen and large dining area both inside and out. The best part of our visit was the magnificent backyard! It had it all. Plenty of grass to run around, a tree house, hammock, badminton, fire pit, fencing for a toddler and a dog, beautiful lake view and the list goes on. A massive deck fit us well and the boat dock with kayak was wonderful. A sandy beach and playground was a short walk away. We had a problem with the refrigerator and our host resolved the issue immediately. There was a great outbuilding set up so my son-in-law could work from home in peace. The garage was a great additional play space with a large screen TV, pacman game, and ping pong for those rainy days. Hope to come back again.

Summary: Perfect for making our family feel at home. Huge lawn, 'pool' house and outdoor work from home space (which would also make a great yoga studio!). At least 50 feet of Lakefront, which faces an inlet, but the nearby beach (less than 10 minute walk) has views of the entire lake and offers a gorgeous sunset every night! Located on a very quiet street it's an easy walk to the main street and less than 15 minute drive to downtown Warwick. The house does not have central air, but even during the great heat wave of '22 it was not a big deal to us. If you're looking for a spacious, unique stay with tons of amenities this is the house for you.
