Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower.
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV.
Third bedroom has full bed and twin.
The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower.
The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa.

Summary: We stayed two quick nights, but because we didn’t rush and took our time relaxing, it felt longer! Just enough girl time to gather, eat, drink and catch up! We took advantage of the wine tour/taxi with Brandon and he was super accommodating! William Vincent was a top winery for our tastes! Marianne’s cheese and chocolate shop were perfect shopping as we exited!

Summary: This condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. The unit itself has some work that needs to be done. Part of the flooring was removed and not replaced, just covered with an area rug. The outlets are all really loose. The kitchen faucet handle was loose, and the convection part of the oven didn’t work. If we stayed there again we wouldn’t plan on cooking while we were there.
