3 Bedroom Cottage in Moultonborough

Lakefront cottage on Winnipesaukee with large, private, sandy beach with child friendly swimming area tucked away in a quiet cove. Floating raft in deeper swimming area and private dock perfect for tying your boat! You will also have access to our two kayaks, paddle boat, two canoes and rowboat. Large sunny deck, two patios, and screened in porch overlooking the lake and breathtaking Ossipee Mountains. This single family home consists of three bedrooms: one double bed and two bedrooms each with two twin beds. Cozy living room with fireplace, TV and wifi. We use fans and do not have air conditioning. Gorgeous views of the lake and Ossipee Mountain range throughout the entire one acre property! Conveniently located 10 minutes to Center Harbor (grocery store), 20 minutes to Meredith and 30 minutes to Wolfeboro. Guests may bring one dog with approval of the owner. Thank you! Marci

Summary: We loved our stay at this home and thank the owners for their hospitality. Most of the homes around the lake have been torn down and rebuilt but they lack the charm this house has with its traditional pine interior. It has an amazing screened porch on the back, awesome view above the water, and the kids loved the kayaks, swim raft, and other toys. The location is perfect and we'd love to rent it again.

Summary: This location is perfect! You can't beat morning coffee or evening drinks on the front porch overlooking the lake. The loons and eagles make the view even more spectacular. Marci is a wonder hostess, she makes staying at the lake seamless from booking all the way through departure. We look forward to going back and making more memories!

Summary: This is the perfect spot to enjoy the lake all day and into night. Swimming all day and smores at the firepit on the on the beach after dinner....perfect. Fishing, kayaking, swimming it's all right outside the door. If you are going to go for a walk, I highly recommend bug spray, it is a wooded area and buggy. Walking is great as the road has very little traffic.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property! The cottage was cozy and offered everything that you could need -- games, books, kayaks. The views from the cottage were outstanding. The screened in porch was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, the quiet of the lake in the morning, or listen to the loons. The lake was warm and the sandy beach was perfect for launching kayaks or enjoying s'mores at the end of the day. Perfect stay!

Summary: There were 3 adults and a golden retriever. The location was great. So relaxing. Enjoyed the beach and the boats. Went swimming every day. Great place if you want to get away from the world. Jojos store was great for sandwiches. The only thing missing is a tea kettle. Bring plenty of bug spray as you are in the woods.

Summary: My husband, 2 year old son, and I had a wonderful time here. We arrived to a very clean, cozy, and well maintained cottage. The inside met our expectations and suited our needs, but we spent most of the time outdoors. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, utensils and gadgets, as well as a pantry with basic needs. This area of the lake was generally pretty calm and quiet, made for a relaxing vibe. The lake area was well equipped with everything you could need- life jackets, kayaks, canoes, and tons of kid toys. There were even some brand new toys waiting for us when we got there, a nice touch that my son loved. The screened in porch had the most breathtaking views of the lake and it was where I spent my mornings sipping coffee or evenings sipping a drink. You can tell how much the owners take pride in their property! We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Summary: The access to the lake cannot be beat at this house. We could get up, have breakfast on the porch and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the lake. We also were able to watch the local bald eagle flying above. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rainy days but we were able to watch the storms light up the lake from the porch. The times that were rain free were spent in the water, on the beach or kayaking....all without having to drive anywhere!
