Summary: I decided to treat my fiance and his family to a Christmas/birthday gate away. With the current pandemic and stress that we are all experiencing, I wanted to bring us all together and just enjoy each other. This gorgeous lake house did not fail to meet my expectations as it provide a beautiful place for my family to enjoy each other and celebrate. My only feedback is to reconsider the cotton decorations as your guest are diverse and in the black community this may be offensive. Warmest regards, Briana.

Summary: We would highly recommend this property. The location is very convenient to Baylor/Waco and the home is beautiful. The interior is stunning and the views of the lake are wonderful and peaceful. We would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: The Lake House perfect for our family trip to Waco. The layout of the house was perfect and the grand kids loved the large yard and lake. The Lake House was well equipped, super clean and very convenient to everything that we were there to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Our family & friends had a wonderful time at your Lakefront Farmhouse for our weekend getaway. Peaceful, private property with beautiful views of the lake. Enjoyed much time on the back patio in rocking chairs, grilling out, fishing off the dock & being together inside the open floor plan of the home. Don’t miss the sunsets!!! Decorated to perfection with “Fixer Upper” style charm. Short drive to downtown Waco. We enjoyed shopping at the Farmer’s Market (highly recommend) as well as the Magnolia Market & other local boutiques. Communication with owner was timely & effective. Easy check-in & check-out. Highly recommend & would love to return to Tullulah Ann’s soon!
