Summary: We were happy with the house but driveway is very long and unpaved.

Summary: The cottage was very comfortable. But it was a little scary driving on Elm Rd since it was unpaved and had a big grade. Once there are stay was great. It was very quiet and the screened in porch was the shining star. Here are a few suggestions: more wine glasses that are not plastic, more pot holders to use in the kitchen, and a dresser or a hanging rack to put away clothing. There are no closets in the property. Management was very responsive and we were allowed to check in early which added to our trip. We would definitely come back for another visit. Make sure to bring all things you need because there is not a grocery store close by. So peaceful and beautiful to be on the lake.

Summary: The location and dock were wonderful. The screen porch is large and a great place to enjoy the outdoors regardless of weather. The cottage is good for a small family, modest get-away. The bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work, preventing moisture from escaping, so there were signs of mold on the ceiling. The outdoor deck and picnic table are in need of scraping and painting to make them usable and the grill needs to be replaced. We could not lock the door from the outside when leaving the cottage. There was only one outside dock chair. Foliage had to be trimmed at the bottom of the stairs to be able to pass.

Summary: Great location for wine tasting along NY-14. Good for 2 adults but we used the second smaller bedroom as our closet/dressing area as the bedrooms and bathroom are small with no closets or dressers for clothes. Accommodations were fine for a long weekend.
