Summary: We couldn't get the Mini split to work in the room with the king bed. We had ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. The peer was not fixed for us to use it so we had to fish else where. Other than this it was good. Lots of room.

Summary: It was very spacious both in main room and bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was a blessing after being on the lake all day and everyone wanting to clean up. We knew the dock was in need of repairs so we adapted when family members wanted to fish. Many fish were caught! We enjoyed our family time together!

Summary: Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows.

Summary: Property was nice, great water view. Owners very helpful and quick to respond. I read some reviews about AC issues, it was hot when we got there and took some time to cool down but it was 105 outside at 4pm and my AC at my house does not like this summer either and it stays on all day. But after we went out on the boat for a few hours we came back to a nice cool house with great water pressure and comfortable beds to sleep in. Back pouch was nice for me and an old friend to catch up on and have coffee while we waited for the kids to get up. Would stay here again if the need or time comes up. If you bring a boat launch on the west side of the bridge. You will be glad you did.
