- 1700 acre clear all sports/ spring fed lake
-128 foot of dock - average depth of lake near dock is 2-3 feet and it is clean, clear and sandy water (beautiful clean lake - great for the kids to enjoy!)
- 1,800 Sq Ft Family Home on 4 acres (4 bedroom/ 2.5 bathrooms)
- 7 beds total - 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer gorgeous views of the lake
- Large deck for gatherings

Jump in the crystal clear (spring fed) lake, or enjoy the many beautiful attractions of the UP. This property is located in the heart of all the popular destinations in the Eastern UP. (under 1 hour drive - see list below!)

Open Living area with space to gather together. There is a utility room with full sized washer and drier as well as a drying rack for swim suits and snow gear!
The home does offer air conditioner for the hot summer days and propane heat and a wood burning fireplace to warm up to after a cold day of outdoor fun in the winter.
Winter: Ride directly to the snowmobile trials:
- 10 min to McMillan corner (Trail #498)
- 12 min to Trail #43 towards Seney
Plenty of space to park trucks and trailers. This property is located on a private road. Snowplowing is included in the rental price. Ample space to hang snowmobile gear/ helmets and if you have the fireplace going - your gear will dry quickly!

Northern pike and other species are readily caught. Summer brings a ton of action! Plenty to keep you busy for days!

Summary: The property was adequate for a special celebration with our family. Spectacular views and a good time was had by all. I’d encourage safety railing on the stairs and an overhaul of the septic tho. Thanks to our host for being do accommodating.

Summary: Spacious clean house. The minute you walk through the front door you are blasted with a beautiful view of the lake! My husband and I brought my elderly parents and adult kids (18 and 20) and everyone had a fantastic time. If you need a place to get away from chaotic everyday life…..rent this place, you won’t be sorry!

Summary: Remember...everything in the UP is one hour away! So when you return from Munising, Newberry, Manistique or Paradise or even Germfask, Curtis and Gilbert coming back to this lovely home on the water is fantastic. We had a large common livingroom and kitchen, but when you needed privacy, the bedrooms were quite. There is one queen bed in an area off the livingroom, so just curtains (no walls/doors), but my neice and her husband loved the view of the lake and the sunrise in the morning. The lake was not busy so the younger ones learned how to kayak. UP is where it is at, so enjoy!

Summary: Excellent property. We had so much fun! You can spend your entire vacation playing on the water. But it's also convenient to take day trips.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Normally we are campers but do rent vacation homes at times. We had a family of 10 (2 grown daughters and spouses and kids) and enough sleeping area. Visited many places that some have been before, and others had not. We did a lot of sightseeing. Hiked to several falls, took the sunset cruise through pictured rocks, visited kitch-iti-kipi spring, some went geocaching, rode thru state parks, fished at the ponds in Seeney, kids played at county park next door, took a couple of the kayaks and our canoe out in the lake, played cards and games and had a campfire the last night. Also brought bikes but didn't use much. Wish we would have had a few more days just to sit around the house and enjoy the lake. Would recommend to anyone needing extra room and wanting to relax or sightsee in the area.

Summary: Most of my family had never spent time exploring the U.P. so this was in a perfect location to get to many great must-sees (Tahquamenon Falls, Munising, Marquette, etc.). The house was beautiful and the lake was a great place to spend our down days. We loved our vacation and we're so happy and thankful that you shared your home with us!
