Welcome to The Cottages situated on the warmest lake in Canada! This delightful home is located in the gated community of Osoyoos Cottages on the lake, situated on the northside of Osoyoos Lake. This newly constructed modern cottage is just minutes from award winning wineries, championship golf courses, and outdoor activities. The 7000 sqft Club House has Fitness Club, Heated Pool, 2 hot tubes, large 80” tv, Wifi and ping pong tables. Walk 2 steps to the white sand beach, play on the beach volleyball court, floating on dive platform or just walk on around the community. The resort has fire pits at the beach and children’s playground.
This is a year round resort. Don't miss Canada's best wine festival, Festival of the Grape, in the first week in October. Are your kids baseball players? Check out Oliver's Big League Experience Summer Baseball Camps, only 15 minute drive. Plus, only 1 ½ hour from Apex Alpine Ski Resort, for the best powder in the Okanagan.
This cozy 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is just steps from the private beach. This open concept cottage style home comes fully furnished. The bright and airy living room, dinning room and kitchen seat 8 people comfortably. The open kitchen fully stocked with a dining set, basic spices, cooking and bakeware. It also features stainless steel appliances, and an outdoor grill.
The master suite is a peaceful retreat with a king size bed. Just off the master bedroom is the ensuite with a very large shower. There is a second bedroom upstairs with another comfortable king size bed and ensuite. The main bathroom upstairs is fully equipped with a bathtub/shower combo and vanity with plenty of storage. The third bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a Queen Size pull-out sofa. This home also features a washer/dryer, as well as geothermal air conditioning and heating. Linens and towels are provided.
There is also, a large deck off the main bedroom upstairs as well as a screened in and covered deck off the living room downstairs.

Summary: We had our annual family reunion trip planned for the last week of July 2021 - and a few days before our trip was to start the fires the Nk'Mip Creek fire started. Theresa was so gracious and patient as my family tried to decide if we were going to go up to The Cottages - sending daily updates on the conditions and never pressuring us to continue with our plans We really appreciated her!

Summary: We have just moved our family home from Toronto to Vancouver. This get together was an opportunity to unwind and spend some valuable family time with our children and grandson. We had a great time here. The space was perfect for all. The access to the beach was wonderful and the pool and playground for our grandson was within a short walk. The outdoor patio and BBQ were used each night. Our overall experience was wonderful.

Summary: It's not often that a rental exceeds your expectations - but this one did! This home comfortably accommodated our family with ages ranging from 1-65 years. The home was spotless and well equipped - this was the best stocked kitchen we've ever stayed at! The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding is oh so comfortable! The convenience of being right on the beach was fantastic - which goes without saying. Theresa was easily available via email for any questions that we may have had and was a gracious host. We loved this home so much we are already booked for next year!
