Plenty of parking with two driveways, one connected to the main home where you can park 4 vehicles. Second driveway connected to the garage where you can park 5 vehicles. Overflow parking on the street or across the street. Many off road ATV and golf carts drive around for easier commuting.

Summary: Overall, the stay was great. The views were stunning and the property was beautiful. Our group enjoyed fishing, swimming, fires and kayaking, plus relaxing on the wrap around deck. The house is great for big groups, although the beds are not as accommodating as per the listing. Note for future guests- bring extra paper towels, garbage bags and a dish sponge or cloth for dishes as there was not enough provided. Also it’s a bit of a drive into town & shops were closed before 4pm on a Saturday. Host was not great at communicating. We weren’t able to make coffee as the.coffee maker was broken, hopefully there will be a new one for the next guests.

Summary: This was an incredible property to stay at we had a fantastic time. Host was incredibly accommodating. Loved the property, had fun using the various amenities. The beds were fantastic and the 14 of us appreciated getting our own comfortable beds. We especially liked the outdoor TV lounge area, large kitchen, and bonfire pit. Highly recommend golfing at lakeside golf course, it is incredible bang for the buck. Heads up for others renting, any late night partying on the property is scrutinized by the neighbors, so you may want to skip this property if that's in the plans

Summary: Every year 16-20 friends get together every year for a long weekend and have been staying at various rentals over the years. This has been our favorite by far, and is the perfect combo of enough space, great lake front and amenities. The host was awesome, and did everything right to make sure we had a great stay. We will be coming back.

Summary: This house and lake were perfect for our long, overdue family gathering. The children loved the beach, teens enjoyed kayaking and sunbathing, and elders took advantage of the quiet early morning views from the deck. The chairlift was immensely helpful to our grandmother. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals, and we were blown away by the little things like an available packnplay for our 2 year old, kid drink cups and toys/tent, supplies for Smores and popcorn, coffee pods, etc. It made our stay feel so comfortable. We also chose to rent a pontoon to explore the lake further and fished off the docks. Carrie was an excellent host! It was very easy to get a hold of her, and she had great advice for all of our needs.

Summary: Our host Carrie went above & beyond in exceeding our expectations! Her attention to details made us feel at home immediately. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, pots, pans, spices of every type to prepare a meal, coffee and pods to start the day, and let’s not forget her candy stash that the kids loved, bathrooms were well stocked, beds were comfortable. The patio furniture was plenty and prefect! This is the most beautiful place to create wonderful family memories and sets the standard of what true hospitality in all homes should be!!! Summary: This house had everything we needed for a fabulous family vacation. The host was great with communicating. The beach and sand were perfect for the little ones to make sand castles. We loved the fire pit in the evenings. Could ask for a better setting.

Summary: Our stay at the lake house was great. We rented for a bachelorette party. The place was spacious, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. We had bad weather, but there was plenty of space for the 16 of us to be protected from the rain on the porches and inside. If I had to say one critique we ended up having to run to the store to buy more garbage bags and paper towels because we were not supplied enough.

Summary: This was an awesome place to stay in Gladwin, right on the water of Lake Lancer. We plan an ice fishing trip each year with work colleges and this is one of the best layouts we have seen for sleeping 13 people, hanging out in the common area and playing games in the dinner room, proximity to the water, and close to a few more lakes in the area that are good for fishing, there is also a trailhead about 20 min to the west that leads up to Houghton Lake area. The owner was awesome at communicating and letting us check in and out with a text message. We would love to return to this location in the future.
