Summary: We had an absolute great time. The house is exactly as pictured, cute and cozy. We had 4 adults and 6 kids - when it says it sleeps 11, that's not just sleeping. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable throughout the stay. The host is wonderful and has truly thought of everything you could possibly need.

Summary: This house was a great spot with good gathering spaces and room to spread out. The owner is on site and super helpful without being intrusive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Summary: Everything was wonderful! The home was clean and inviting. Plenty of space for all and the outside areas were a great option to enjoy one of our few cool Florida evenings. Fresh cookies and a bag of ice on arrival were appreciated. Will love to come back in the summer and really enjoy the lake.

Summary: This house was practically perfect! We had six people and could have got more. The house was spotless, had every convenience you could think of, and the owner even left us homemade cookies to welcome us with. It has numerous seating areas from which to look at the lake, the most impressive being an enormous brick deck with cozy chairs, hammocks, grill, picnic table and fire pit. The highlight of this home is its location right on a lake- and I don't mean some mucky alligator filled Florida lake. Lake Clinch is sandy bottom and clear as can be. We literally spent three days bobbing around on rafts in the water. Frostproof is a small town but everyone we ran into was friendly and it's a short drive to Lakeland, winter haven, and even Orlando isn't far. We love this area and this rental will be our go-to from now on.
