Open and airy cottage with beautiful kitchen with white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. vaulted ceilings open to living room which includes comfortable sleeper sofa. climb up to the loft for 2 extra guests. Expansive back deck with dining table and sitting area with fire table that overlooks lake Zoar. Take the kayaks out from your lakeside back yard or just relax in your Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and watch the sunset over the lake or boats go by. Fish from private dock. outdoor pool table at the lakefront as well as picnic table. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy what lake Zoar has to offer. Master bedroom has queen size Marriott bed with top end bedding for extreme comfort. All bedrooms are tiny. Sitting porch with additional seating area and extra tv. Summary: Though the property was only 750 sq ft. it was roomy enough for 6 of us to be comfortable. We would recommend that if you continue to VRBO the property that more personal item are stored somewhere else. It felt very cluttered with the owners things. If your looking for quiet it is not, busy road across the water and many jet skis and motor boats.

Summary: We stayed with 4 of our grandsons. We fished, swam, kayaked and even hiked a local trail within walking distance. The house is small, but very comfortable. Our mix of old and young worked well for the accommodations. Two of the beds are in a loft and were great for our 8 and 12 year olds. Might have been difficult if us two geezers had to make the climb. Overall, a very charming place that is accurately portrayed in the photos and write up.

Summary: The cottage was in a beautiful spot. It had recently been renovated. We really appreciated the view of the water, the kayaks, the comfortable beds, and the charming decor. We would happily stay again.
