This beautifully maintained, five-bedroom home tucked away on a quiet, private dirt road, sits directly on the water. Incredible views of the west side of Lake Bomoseen (including sunsets!)
This spacious, two-story home offers a walkout screened-in porch that looks out across the lake and multiple outdoor levels of deck and patio areas to relax, nap in the hammock, and enjoy the view. Ample parking for up to five vehicles. Plenty of space to explore on a walk or run. You will be near plenty of outdoor activities, including ice fishing, ATV trails, snowmobiling, and swimming
The dock can comfortably accommodate two boats, the swimming is excellent, and the deck is an ideal spot to grill at the end of a sunny day. Perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families, the house has a nicely remodeled, well-appointed kitchen as well as many other comforts to make your stay enjoyable. You’ll feel right at home!
The main level King bedroom is not available for guest use.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
THINGS TO KNOW
There are two kayaks available for guest use.
This home does have many stairs, if stairs are a problem this may not be the best rental for you.
The first floor is air-conditioned and there are air conditioning units in the two front bedrooms upstairs because that’s the hottest side of the house. The other two bedrooms do not but they stay cool and have ceiling fans.

Summary: All in all my family, especially the kids had a ball. They loved the lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The big (adults) kids also loved it. House was a good size for 11 of us. Enough bathrooms but not conveniently set up for all. Some improvements in lighting esp is the kitchen. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. The worst for this grandma and grandpa were the steps. Toooo many for elders esp if they have heart problems or walking issues.

Summary: The house is in a beautiful location, right on the lake. We came during winter and it was very peaceful. I can imagine how amazing it must be in the summer. 12 of us fit fine in the house, and the beds were comfortable. Only reason why 4 stars out of 5 is because the heating system is a bit uneven throughout the house, and a large furnace is located right next to a room where it is difficult to sleep with it operating. Also, contrary to previous reviews left on this house, as of january 2022 there is no hot tub and we were not allowed to use the fireplace. But other than that, it really is a great house and would stay again during the warmer months.

Summary: We visit Vermont every year and have stayed in many different cabins over the years. This cabin was in a great location. It had everything we needed for our comfort. It was CLEAN in a way that made us feel at home. The hot tub was well taken care of. We loved having access to the kayaks and the lake. It was an incredible stay. Thank you!

Summary: Excellent location with views of lake. Home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. That porch is just amazing, we spent so much time out there enjoying meals and relaxing. The sauna and hot tub were bonuses! Hot tub was crystal clear and clean. I only have good things to say about this home, we loved it and had a great trip.

Summary: Amazing location, nestled in the woods by the lake. It had the best feel to it, having lunch on the porch and relaxing in the evening by the fireplace and in the hot tub. If you're looking to get away it's perfect. We also took the kayaks out for a spin... it was just great.
